【摘要】 孙蔚民(1896-1968),江苏著名教育家、革命家,1918年毕业于江苏省立第五师范学校艺术专修科,毕业后长期从事艺术教育工作。1940年加入中国共产党,先后在江都县抗日民主政府、通如靖泰委员会、东台县抗日民主政府任职。1941年,担任兴化县长一职。1943年,受苏中二分区委派至台北县(今盐城市大丰区)创办盐垦中学,由此,孙蔚民正式开启农村教育工作直至新中国成立前夕。作为在苏皖一带享有盛誉的教育家,孙蔚民的教育思想并未得到足够的重视,学界更鲜有关于其农村教育思想的研究。为了进一步完善和丰富孙蔚民的教育思想体系与内容,也使得其农村教育思想更具系统性,本文进行了有关孙蔚民农村教育思想的研究与探讨,以求能够丰富我国农村教育思想与历史的研究内容,并指导当下农村教育的改革与发展,这也正是本研究的创新之处。本研究以孙蔚民的个人经历以及所处的历史背景为基础,运用文献研究法、历史研究法等方法,对孙蔚民农村教育实践中的具体内容与特点进行概括与提炼,从而总结出孙蔚民农村教育思想的基本内容。从孙蔚民农村教育的内容可以看到,他牢记农村教育的具体使命,强调“坚持共产党领导”与“为农民群众服务”的基本教育原则,将学校教育与群众教育进行结合,帮助群众识字明理,有效地在根据地以及解放区农村开展扫盲运动,减少了文盲的数量;他将教育与革命斗争、生产建设相结合,为革命建设事业作出了巨大的贡献;孙蔚民将思想政治教育与文化教育相结合,提高了学生与普通民众的思想觉悟。基于此,本研究将孙蔚民农村教育思想的特点概括为以文辅政、以政济民、以美为用以及以农促教四个方面。从孙蔚民农村教育思想的价值与启示来看,其农村教育思想在推动农村生产建设以及促进农村教育普及的同时,丰富了农村社会的文化生活,并促进了农村基层民主政治的完善。时至今日,孙蔚民的农村教育思想仍具有强大的生命活力,指导我们要突出农村教育的文化特质,注重农村教育的相关研究,加强农村教师的本土化培养,并使农村教育服务于乡村振兴战略。本研究主要包括五部分。在绪论部分,首先阐明开展孙蔚民农村教育思想研究的基本背景与意义,对相关研究成果进行了概括与总结,并阐述了论文的研究思路与方法、创新之处以及研究不足。在第一章中,主要分析了孙蔚民农村教育思想形成的时代背景以及发展轨迹。在第二章中,通过分析孙蔚民相关著述与文章中的教育观念,结合具体的农村教育实践,提炼并概括孙蔚民农村教育思想的基本内容,其中主要包括:农村教育的宗旨、基本构成、实施形式、功能、师资建设以及教育经费的筹集与使用。在第三章中,从历史研究的视角出发,总结并归纳孙蔚民农村教育思想的总体特征。第四章则为结论部分,主要是从不同维度与视角对孙蔚民农村教育思想进行分析,并总结其历史价值,将孙蔚民农村教育思想的独特性以及历史价值与当前农村教育相联系,探索孙蔚民农村教育思想对现代农村教育发展的启示与意义,为当下农村教育的改革与发展指明道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sun Weimin(1896-1968),a famous educator and revolutionary in Jiangsu Province,graduated from the Art Specialization Section of the Fifth Normal School of Jiangsu Province in 1918,and was engaged in art education for a long time after graduation.He joined the CPC in 1940 and served successively in the anti Japanese democratic government of Jiangdu County,Tongru Jingtai Committee,and the anti Japanese democratic government of Dongtai County.In 1941,he served as the magistrate of Xinghua County.In 1943,he was appointed by the Jiangsu Central Second District to establish Yanken Middle School in Taipei County(now Dafeng District,Yancheng City).As a result,Sun Weimin officially began rural education work until the eve of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.This is also the innovation of this study.As a renowned educator in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces,Sun Weimin’s educational ideas have not received enough attention,and there are even fewer studies on his rural education ideas in the academic world.In order to further improve and enrich the system and content of Sun Weimin’s educational thought,and to make his rural education thought more systematic.The present study is a research and discussion of Sun Weimin’s rural education thought,in order to enrich the research content of China’s rural education thought and history,and to guide the reform and development of rural education at the present time.This is also the innovation of this study.Taking Sun Weimin’s personal experience and the background of the era in which he lived as the starting point,this study uses the methods of documentary research and historical research to summarise and distil the specific contents and characteristics of Sun Weimin’s rural education practice,so as to summarise the basic content of Sun Weimin’s rural education thought.It can be seen from the content of Sun Weimin’s rural education that he kept in mind the specific mission of rural education and emphasized the basic educational principles of "upholding the leadership of the Communist Party" and "serving the peasant masses".He combined school education with people’s education to help the masses understand words and truths,effectively launched a literacy campaign in the base areas and in the rural areas of the liberated areas,and reduced the number of illiterate people.He integrated education with revolutionary struggle and production and construction,and made tremendous contributions to the cause of revolutionary construction.Sun Weimin combined ideological and political education with cultural education,thus enhancing the ideological consciousness of students and ordinary people.For the above reasons,This study summarises the characteristics of Sun Weimin’s rural education ideology into four main areas:supporting the government with literature,helping the people with politics,using beauty as a tool,and promoting education through agriculture.Sun Weimin’s ideas on rural education have enriched the cultural life of rural societies and promoted the improvement of rural grassroots democracy while promoting rural production and education.Today,Sun Weimin’s ideas on rural education still have strong vitality,guiding us to highlight the cultural character of rural education,to focus on theoretical research on rural education,to strengthen the localised training of rural teachers,and to make rural education serve the strategy of rural revitalisation.This study consists of five main parts.In the introductory part,the basic background and significance of the research on Sun Weimin’s rural education ideology are firstly clarified,the relevant research results are summarised,and the research ideas and methods,innovations and shortcomings of the dissertation are elaborated.In the first chapter,the background of the era in which Sun Weimin’s ideas on rural education were formed and the trajectory of their development are mainly analysed.In the second chapter,by analysing the concepts of education in Sun Weimin’s writings and articles,and by combining them with the specific practice of rural education,the basic contents of Sun Weimin’s rural education thought are extracted and summarised,which mainly include: the purpose of rural education,its basic composition,the form of its implementation,its functions,the construction of teachers,and the collection and use of educational funds.In the third chapter,the general features of Sun Weimin’s rural education thought are summarised and summarised from the perspective of historical research.The fourth chapter is the conclusion,which mainly analyzes Sun Weimin’s rural education thought from different dimensions and perspectives,and summarizes its historical value,and links the uniqueness and historical value of Sun Weimin’s rural education thought with the current rural education,in order to explore the enlightenment and significance of Sun Weimin’s rural education thought to the development of modern rural education,and finally points out the way for the reform and development of rural education.更多还原
