【摘要】 新中国成立伊始,祖国科学事业百废待兴,广大科学家积极响应,投身参与科技报国、科技兴国的伟大实践之中,奠定了新中国科学事业发展的重要根基。自新时代以来,党中央非常重视科学家精神品质的培养,将广大科学家群体放在了极其重要的地位,并大力开展科学家精神的弘扬和培育工作,提出了不少极具建设性的方针和意见,为科学家精神培育提供了现实指引。这对创新人才培养模式,培养具有潜质的未来科学家具有十分重要的现实意义。理工科高校主要是以发展工科和理科专业为重要目标的高校。要加强这类高校大学生的思想培育,在校内开展科学家精神的培育工作是行之有效的契合点。这有助于增强学生的精神力量,帮助其坚定自身理想信念,实现此类高校大学生成长蜕变和全面发展。此类高校对大学生开展相关精神的培育工作,单靠某一方的力量是独木难支的,这需要多方协调、统筹兼顾、整体推进。需要充分借鉴“四要素”、“三体一要素”等思想政治教育理论,需要注重各要素之间的协同,健全并完善培育机制,这对培育工作的顺利展开具有重要指导作用。论文梳理并继承了前人对科学家精神的研究成果,采用了如文献分析法、系统分析法、实证调查研究法等方法和手段,针对此类高校大学生的科学家精神培育机制问题,主要从以下几个方面展开了研究和论述。首先,在概念上界定和区分了基础含义,诠释了新时代科学家精神的基本内涵,剖析了此类高校大学生的精神培育机制涉及的理论支撑,并表明了科学家精神培育的价值意义所在。其次,从构成要素的这一视角展开,对理工科高校大学生科学家精神培育进行了深层次的剖析。此外,通过融合理论分析与实证研究的方法,综合审视了理工科高校大学生科学家精神培育机制的运行现状,总结了目前的实践成效,分析遗留的问题,进一步挖掘深层原因。最后,在完成培育机制遗留问题和原因的剖析之后,立足精神培育的构成要素的角度,提出了针对理工科高校大学生科学家精神培育机制健全和完善的新方向和新思路,以期推动培育机制不断地创新发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The early days of New China,the scientific field of the country is in urgent need of progress,and the broad response of the majority of scientists has been devoted to participating in the great practice of science and technology serving the country and rejuvenating the country,which has firmly laid the cornerstone for the development of new China’s scientific cause.In the cycle of the new era,the CPC has paid high attention to the cultivation of the spiritual quality of scientists,puts the majority of scientists in an extremely important position,and vigorously carry out the promotion and cultivation of scientists’ spirit,so that it provides a realistic guidance.This is of great practical significance for innovative talent training models and potential future scientists.The College of Science and Technology is the main goal for the development of engineering and science majors.The reinforcing of thought cultivation of college students is an effective starting point to carry out the spiritual training of scientists in such colleges and universities.This is helpful to enhance students’ spiritual strength,help them to strengthen their own ideals and beliefs,and realize the growth and transformation of such college students and comprehensive development.It is difficult for such colleges and universities to carry out the cultivation of the relevant spirit of college students by one party alone,which requires multi-party coordination,overall consideration and overall promotion.It is necessary to fully learn from the ideological and political education theories such as "four elements" and "three bodies and one element",pay attention to the coordination between various elements,and improve the cultivation mechanism,which has an important guiding role in the smooth development of the cultivation work.This thesis combs and inherits the previous research results on the spirit of scientists,adopts research methods and means such as literature analysis,system analysis,empirical investigation research method,and so on,and researches and discusses the cultivation mechanism of the spirit of scientists of such university students mainly from the following aspects.Firstly,it defines and distinguishes the basic meanings,interprets the basic connotation of the scientist spirit in the new era,analyzes the theoretical support involved in the spirit cultivation mechanism of such university students,and indicates the value and significance of the cultivation of the scientist spirit.Secondly,from the perspective of constituent elements,a cultivation of scientists’ spirit has been deeply analyzed.In addition,through the method of integrating theoretical analysis and empirical research,the operation status of the spiritual cultivation mechanism of college student scientists in science and engineering college students was comprehensively examined,the current practical results were summarized,the problems left behind,and further tap the deep reasons.Finally,after completing the analysis of the problems and reasons left by the cultivation mechanism,from the point of view of the constituent elements of the spirit cultivation,this thesis puts forward new directions and new ideas for the improvement and perfection of the spirit cultivation mechanism of university students of science and engineering,in order to promote the continuous innovation and development of the spirit cultivation mechanism.更多还原
