【摘要】 目的:通过观察加味福民清痹颗粒对过敏性紫癜湿热痹阻证患者的临床症状的影响,评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取72名符合纳入条件的长春中医药大学附属医院风湿科门诊患者,按照门诊就诊顺序号,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各36例。对照组给予曲克芦丁胶囊,一次1粒,每日3次;连翘败毒丸,一次1袋,一日2次。治疗组给予曲克芦丁胶囊,一次1粒,每日3次;加味福民清痹颗粒,水冲服100ml药液,早晚饭后半小时温服;两组治疗周期均为8周。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后中医症候主次症变化情况。治疗结束后统计和整理数据,并应用SPSS26.0对所有数据进行统计分析,判断临床疗效。结果:1、总有效率:治疗后分析得出治疗组的总有效率为86.11%,高于对照组的总有效率63.89%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。2、症状表现:治疗后两组主要症状、次要症状较治疗前均有明显改善(p<0.05),治疗组在主要症状、次要症状方面的改善在统计学上都优于对照组。结论:加味福民清痹颗粒对过敏性紫癜湿热痹阻证具有显著的疗效,且作用安全,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic purpura damp-heat impediment syndrome treated with Jiawei Fumin Qingbi granules,and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group at the rheumatology outpatient department of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital.The treatment group consisted of 36 patients,while the control group consisted of 36 patients.The control group was treated with Quercetin capsules(1 capsule,3 times a day)and Lianqiao Baidu pills(1packet,2 times a day),while the treatment group was treated with Quercetin capsules(1capsule,3 times a day)and Jiawei Fumin Qingbi granules(100ml,taken with warm water after meals twice a day).The treatment period for both groups was 8 weeks.The changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment were observed and recorded for both groups.After the treatment,the data was collected and statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0 to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Total effective rate: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.11%,while in the control group it was 63.89%,indicating a significantly better treatment effect in the treatment group.2.Symptom presentation: After treatment,both main and secondary symptoms in both groups showed significant improvement compared to before treatment(p<0.05),with the treatment group showing statistically better improvement in main and secondary symptoms compared to the control group.Conclusion: Jiawei Fumin Qingbi granules have a significant therapeutic effect on allergic purpura damp-heat impediment syndrome,and are safe with no significant adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
