【摘要】 马克思法治思想作为马克思在一系列的探索实践中凝练出的关于法哲学的重要理论,无论是过去还是现在,对我国的法治政府建设均具有重要的指导意义。法治作为一种治国方略和治理方式,具有维护国家长治久安的重要功能。从人类的治理经验来看,建立在法治之上的社会秩序能够更好的保障社会稳定。坚定地推进法治政府的建设不仅是当前促进社会文明发展的核心环节,同时也是发展生产力的必要条件。党的十八大以来,我国在法治政府建设方面取得了很大成绩,但仍存在一些问题。本文以马克思法治思想为基础,深入挖掘其对新时代法治政府建设的指导作用,以期为我国法治政府建设奠定坚实的理论基础。全文共分为五部分,第一部分主要是对研究目的、研究意义、研究思路和方法以及创新之处和难点的阐述;第二部分对马克思法治思想的产生背景、理论来源、形成过程、重要特征以及主要内容进行了系统梳理;第三部分阐述了新时代法治政府建设与马克思法治思想的内在联系;第四部分总结了新时代我国法治政府建设的成就,并对存在的问题进行了深入分析;第五部分以马克思法治思想为理论依据,结合我国实际情况,针对目前我国法治政府建设存在的问题提出了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marx’s rule of law ideology,as an important theory of legal philosophy condensed by Marx in a series of exploration and practice,has important guiding significance for the construction of a rule of law government in China,both in the past and present.The rule of law,as a strategy and method of governance,plays an important role in maintaining the long-term stability of the country.From human governance experience,a social order based on the rule of law can better ensure social stability.Resolutely promoting the construction of a rule of law government is not only the core link in promoting social civilization development,but also a necessary condition for developing productive forces.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has made great achievements in the construction of a rule of law government,but there are still some problems.This article is based on Marx’s rule of law ideology and explores its guiding role in the construction of a rule of law government in the new era,in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of a rule of law government in China.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part mainly elaborates on the research purpose,research significance,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation and difficulties;The second part systematically reviews the background,theoretical sources,formation process,important characteristics,and main content of Marx’s rule of law ideology;The third part elaborates on the inherent connection between the construction of a rule of law government in the new era and Marx’s rule of law ideology;The fourth part summarizes the achievements of China’s rule of law government construction in the new era and conducts in-depth analysis of the existing problems;The fifth part,based on Marx’s rule of law theory and combined with the actual situation in China,puts forward relevant suggestions for the current problems in the construction of a rule of law government in China.更多还原
