【摘要】 随着互联网技术的日益普及,网络文明建设逐渐跃升为社会关注的议题。大学生群体一直以来都是网络使用的“主力军”,且近几年来,在校大学生受疫情影响,学习、社交等行为大量迁移至网络空间的变化更加明显,因此对大学生网络文明行为的探究具有积极意义。网络亲社会行为是指在网络环境中表现出的利他行为,如分享、帮助、支持等,网络亲社会行为与网络文明行为紧密相连,二者相辅相成。梳理以往文献发现,网络亲社会行为受到多种因素的影响,其中家庭环境是不可忽视的一环,而父母冲突作为一种常见的家庭压力源,其对个体行为的潜在影响不容忽视。抗逆力作为一项重要的心理特质,已有诸多研究证实其能够可靠地预测个体的亲社会行为。然而,在网络环境下,抗逆力是否依然能够发挥同样的预测作用,尚待进一步的深入探究。鉴于此,本研究以家庭系统理论为理论基础,探究了父母冲突、抗逆力与网络亲社会行为之间的关系;同时,建立结构方程模型,分析抗逆力在父母冲突和大学生网络亲社会行为中的中介作用,以期揭示父母冲突对大学生网络亲社会行为的具体影响路径,并进一步解析大学生网络亲社会行为的影响机制。本研究采用线上匿名填答的方式,将网络问卷发放至中国东部、西部、中部共30余所高校并回收数据。问卷分别使用《父母冲突子女知觉量表》评定研究对象对父母冲突的感知水平,使用《抗逆力量表(CD-RISC-10)》对研究对象的抗逆力水平进行评定,使用《大学生网络亲社会行为量表》对研究对象的网络亲社会行为进行测量。共回收有效问卷1136份(M=22岁),其中,男生占44%,女生占56%。最后,采用SPSS21.0和AMOS23.0进行统计分析,得到以下研究结果:1.父母冲突、抗逆力和大学生网络亲社会行为均在不同的人口学变量中表现出不同差异;2.父母冲突、抗逆力和大学生网络亲社会行为具有显著的相关性;3.父母冲突能够负向预测大学生网络亲社会行为;4.父母冲突能够负向预测抗逆力;5.抗逆力能够正向预测大学生网络亲社会行为;6.抗逆力在父母冲突和大学生网络亲社会行为之间发挥着中介效应。最后本文从社会工作专业的视角出发,从补救性的社会工作和预防性的社会工作角度入手,提出社会工作在家庭、学校和社会等层面的介入策略,以期丰富社会工作专业实务内容,助力大学生健康成长,促进网络文明。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing popularity of Internet technology,the construction of network civilization has gradually become a social concern.College students have always been the "main force" of Internet use.In recent years,college students have been affected by the epidemic,and their learning,social and other behaviors have shifted to the Internet space in large numbers.Therefore,it is of positive significance to explore the civilized behavior of college students on the Internet.Network prosocial behavior is closely related to network civilized behavior,and the two complement each other.Network prosocial behavior refers to the altruistic behavior shown in the network environment,such as sharing,helping,supporting,etc.Combing through the previous literature,it is found that the network prosocial behavior is affected by many factors,among which the family environment is a link that cannot be ignored,and the parental conflict,as a common family stressor,has a potential impact on individual behavior that cannot be ignored.As an important psychological trait,stress tolerance has been proved to be a reliable predictor of prosocial behavior.However,whether resilience can still play the same predictive role in the network environment remains to be further explored.Based on family system theory,this study explores the relationship between parental conflict,resilience and online prosocial behavior.At the same time,a structural equation model was established to analyze the mediating role of stress tolerance in parental conflict and college students’ online prosocial behavior,in order to reveal the specific influence path of parental conflict on college students’ online prosocial behavior,and further analyze the influence mechanism of college students’ online prosocial behavior.In terms of research methods,this study adopts the method of combining convenience sampling and cluster sampling to conduct online anonymous questionnaire survey on college students from more than 30 universities in eastern,central and western China.The parental Conflict Perception Scale for Children was used to evaluate the subjects’ perceived level of parental conflict,the Stress Resistance Scale(CD-RISC-10)was used to evaluate the subjects’ stress resistance level,and the online prosocial behavior of the subjects was measured by the Online prosocial behavior Scale for College Students.A total of 1136 valid questionnaires(M=22 years old)were collected,among which 44% were male and 56% were female.Finally,SPSS21.0 and AMOS23.0 were used for statistical analysis,and the following results were obtained:1.Parental conflict,resilience and online prosocial behavior of college students show different differences in different demographic variables;2.There is a significant correlation between parental conflict,resilience and college students’ online prosocial behavior;3.Parental conflict can negatively predict college students’ online prosocial behavior;4.Parental conflict negatively predicts resilience;5.Resilience can positively predict college students’ online prosocial behavior;6.Resilience plays a mediating effect between parental conflict and college students’ online prosocial behavior.Finally,from the perspective of social work,from the perspectives of remedial social work and preventive social work,this paper proposes intervention strategies for social work at family,school and social levels,in order to enrich the practical content of social work,help college students grow healthily and promote network civilization.更多还原
