【摘要】 高校思政课建设,关乎为党育人、为国育才之大事业。随着教育强国建设的深入推进,高校思政课在我国教育事业发展中的特殊地位得到强化,如何以新角度与新思路突破高校思政课固有发展模式与发展瓶颈,从而实现守正创新,是新时代高校思政课建设亟待解决的重要课题。政策是连接理论与现实的桥梁,科学完善的政策体系是推动事业发展的重要保障。通过对相关文献梳理可以发现,高校思政课政策研究相对薄弱。因此,将高校思政课政策作为研究对象,从政策角度把握高校思政课建设,对新时代高校思政课高质量发展具有重要意义。本研究通过梳理改革开放以来高校思政课政策文本,对四十多年来政策的发展进行分析,聚焦于解答“改革开放以来高校思政课政策如何发展”“改革开放以来高校思政课政策发展的演变特征”“未来高校思政课政策的发展启示”的研究问题。首先,使用历史研究法回溯改革开放以来高校思政课政策发展历史,对政策发展脉络进行梳理,根据时代背景及高校思政课课程方案的颁布,将高校思政课政策发展划分为五个阶段,并根据对历史的考察与梳理,对高校思政课政策发展的动因进行探究,以清晰的时间脉络与动因分析展现改革开放以来高校思政课政策发展的全貌。其次,运用内容分析法,梳理改革开放以来高校思政课的政策文本共计141份,并对文本进行数量、文种、发文单位、主题以及高频词的分析。通过对政策文本的内容分析,归纳高校思政课政策发展的演变理路,探寻政策文本背后的内在发展特征。最后,通过总结概括改革开放以来高校思政课政策的历史经验,提出对未来高校思政课政策发展的展望与启示,以期对新时代高校思政课政策优化与探索高校思政课发展路径提供一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of ideological and political courses in colleges is related to the great cause of educating people for the Party and the country.With the deepening of the construction of an education powerhouse,the special position of ideological and political courses in colleges in the development of China’s education industry has been strengthened.How to break through the inherent development mode and bottleneck with new perspectives and ideas,and achieve innovation and integrity,is an important issue that urgently needs to be solved in the new era.Policies are the bridge connecting theory and reality,and a scientifically sound policy system is an important guarantee for promoting career development.Through the review of relevant literature,it can be found that the related research is relatively weak.Therefore,taking the policy of ideological and political courses in colleges as the research object and grasping its construction from a policy perspective is of great significance for the high-quality development of it in the new era.This study analyzes the development of policies over the past forty years by sorting out the policy texts since the reform and opening up,focusing on answering research questions such as "how to develop policies since the reform and opening up","the evolution characteristics of the development of policies since the reform and opening up",and "the development inspiration of policies in the future".First,the historical research method is used to trace the development history of policies since the reform and opening up,sort out the development context of policies,divide the development of policies into five stages based on the historical background and the issuance of course plans,and explore the motives for its development based on the examination and sorting of history,Present the overall development of policies since the reform and opening up with a clear timeline and analysis of the driving forces.Second,the content analysis method is used to sort out a total of 141 policy texts since the reform and opening up,and analysis is conducted on the quantity,type,issuing unit,theme and high frequency word of the texts.By analyzing the content of policy texts,summarize the evolutionary path of the policy development,and explore the inherent development characteristics behind policy texts.Finally,this paper summarizes the historical experience of policies since the reform and opening up,and puts forward prospects and inspirations for the future development of policies,in order to provide a certain degree of reference value for optimizing policy and exploration of the development path of course construction in in the new era.更多还原
