【摘要】 纵观历史,人类社会的每一次重大变革,都能找到文艺发时代之先声、开社会之先河的历史佐证。欧洲的文艺复兴和中国的百家争鸣都充分说明文艺对于时代风尚具有引领作用,对于人的思想、品德具有育化作用。新时代,文艺工作者作为党的宣传思想工作的重要组成部分,肩负“举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象”的使命责任,弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神、以改革开放为核心的时代精神和伟大建党精神,切实承担起成风化人的职责,育化民众分清美丑、善恶、自觉践行社会主义核心价值观,是实现文艺“温润心灵”“塑造灵魂”的应有之义。本文通过理清新时代文艺工作者成风化人职责的相关概念及理论基础,对新时代文艺工作者成风化人职责的重要性进行深入分析,梳理新时代文艺工作者成风化人履责成效、问题及对问题进行归因,探索新时代文艺工作者履行成风化人职责的实践路径,以期实现新时代文艺工作者担负成风化人职责,唱响时代主旋律,铸就中华文化新辉煌,成就中华民族复兴伟业。第一部分,新时代文艺工作者成风化人职责的相关概念及理论基础。通过分析新时代文艺工作者、成风化人的相关概念,以及梳理新时代文艺工作者成风化人职责的理论基础,阐释新时代文艺工作者与成风化人职责的内在关联。第二部分,新时代文艺工作者成风化人职责的重要性分析。新时代新征程,文艺工作者成风化人职责的重要性体现在其既可以作为满足人民精神需要塑造社会主义现代化强国之魂,也可以作为实现马克思主义在中国特色社会主义意识形态领域之路。在新的历史条件下,文艺工作者如何辨析通俗与低俗、社会效益与经济效益、历史与现实的关系,对于文艺工作者担负起成风化人职责具有重要意义。第三部分,新时代文艺工作者成风化人履责成效、问题及问题归因。新时代,中国的文艺事业总体上呈现出繁荣发展的积极态势,很多文艺工作者成风化人履责取得了引领社会风尚、塑造人民灵魂、弘扬中国精神的成效,但是,也有一些文艺工作者在成风化人履责方面出现了一系列问题,辨析新时代文艺工作者成风化人履责出现问题的原因,找到症结所在,可以为新时代文艺工作者更好地履职尽责提供参考依据。第四部分,新时代文艺工作者履行成风化人职责的实践路径。基于对历史经验的总结和对社会现实的分析,本文提出以党的领导引领文艺工作者履职尽责根本方向、强化文艺工作者自身的职业使命感和职业责任感、以精良的文艺作品体现文艺工作者履职尽责成效、以良好的机制建设提升文艺工作者履职尽责水平等实践路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Throughout history,every major change in human society can be found as historical evidence of the forerunner of the era of literature and art development and the pioneer of society.The Renaissance in Europe and the contention of a hundred schools of thought in China both fully demonstrate that literature and art play a leading role in the fashion of The Times and a nurturing role in people’s thoughts and moral character.In the new era,literary and art workers,as an important part of the Party’s propaganda and ideological work,shoulder the mission responsibility of "holding the banner,gathering the people’s hearts,educating new people,revitalizing culture,and developing the image",carry forward the national spirit with patriotism as the core,the spirit of The Times with reform and opening up as the core,and the great Party building spirit,and earnestly assume the responsibility of becoming a decent person.Educating the public to distinguish between beauty and ugliness,good and evil,and consciously practicing socialist core values is the proper meaning of realizing "warming the soul" and "shaping the soul" in literature and art.By clarifying the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the duties of literary and art workers to become corrupt people in the new era,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the importance of the duties of literary and art workers to become corrupt people in the new era,sorts out the effects,problems and causes of the problems,and explores the practical path for literary and art workers to fulfill the duties of corrupt people in the new era.In order to realize the new era of literary and art workers to shoulder the responsibility of becoming a man of dignity,sing the theme of The Times,cast the new glory of Chinese culture,and achieve the great cause of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The first part is the related concepts and theoretical basis of the duties of literary and art workers in the new era.By analyzing the related concepts of literary and art workers in the new era and those who become corrupt,and sorting out the theoretical basis of the duties of literary and art workers in the new era,this paper explains the internal relationship between literary and art workers and the duties of those who become corrupt.The second part is the analysis of the importance of the role of literary and art workers in the new era.In the new era and new journey,the importance of the role of literary and art workers to become virtuous people is reflected in the fact that they can not only meet the spiritual needs of the people to shape the soul of a modern socialist country,but also as a way to realize Marxism in the field of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics.Under the new historical conditions,how to distinguish the relationship between popular and vulgar,social benefit and economic benefit,history and reality is of great significance for literary and art workers to shoulder the duty of being virtuous people.The third part,the new era literary and art workers into the performance of the performance of the role,problems and problems of attribution.In the new era,China’s literary and artistic undertakings have on the whole shown a positive trend of prosperity and development,and many literary and artistic workers have achieved results in leading social fashion,shaping the souls of the people,and promoting the Chinese spirit.However,some literary and artistic workers have also encountered a series of problems in performing their duties as corrupt people.To analyze the causes of the problems of performing the duties of the literary and art workers in the new era and find out the crux can provide reference for the literary and art workers in the new era to perform their duties better.The fourth part,the new era of literary and art workers to perform the role of the practice of the path.Based on the summary of historical experience and the analysis of social reality,this paper puts forward practical approaches such as guiding the fundamental direction of literary and art workers to perform their duties,strengthening their own sense of professional mission and professional responsibility,reflecting the effectiveness of literary and art workers to perform their duties with excellent literary and art works,and improving the level of literary and art workers to perform their duties with good mechanism construction.更多还原
