H公司供应链金融风险管理优化研究

【摘要】 随着全球化进程的发展,企业之间的供应链管理变得越来越重要。供应链金融正是基于供应链管理的一种金融服务形式,它通过整合供应链中的信息、资金、物流等资源,为中小企业提供融资服务。随着互联网技术的不断发展,为企业提供了更加便捷的信息交流和业务操作方式。然而,供应链金融的风险管理仍然面临诸多挑战,特别是H公司这样的民营金融公司。一方面是供应链金融板块成立时间短,资产规模不大,在面对市场激烈竞争时,往往处于弱势地位。另一方面,企业规模越小,风险管理越难、风险敞口也就越大。在本文研究中,对H公司供应链金融风险管理现状进行了全面的梳理和调查,根据分析认为H公司供应链金融风险管理目前主要存在问题主要原因是:内控管理制度不完善、风险评估指标不完整、信息不对称问题明显、风险预警机制不健全、供应链产品创新不足、缺乏供应链专业人才等。针对H公司供应链金融业务存在的问题和成因,主要从三个大的方面制定风险管理优化方案:一是风险识别,主要通过优化信用风险评估体系、建立信息管理平台两个角度展开。其中,信用风险评估体系主要从供应链整体运营评估、核心企业评估、上下游企业评估三个方面叙述;建立信息平台主要包括建立核心服务模块和辅助服务模块。二是风险控制优化方案,主要通过构建全面风险管理体系和完善风险预警机制两方面展开。其中,全面风险管理体系主要包括搭建风险组织架构、制定风险管理政策和建立风险评估机制三个步骤,风险预警主要通过数据收集、数据分析、风险预警和风险应对几个方面展开。三是产品结构优化建议,主要是优化业务产品结构和建立专业人才队伍两点建议。通过对风险识别、风险控制和产品结构的优化方案调整,系统的解决了H公司供应链金融风险管理结构和治理流程,从而推动了H公司供应链金融在行业不断发展过程中更具竞争力。
【Abstract】 With the progression of globalization,the management of supply chains among enterprises has grown increasingly vital.Supply chain finance,a financial service model grounded in supply chain management,integrates information,capital,logistics,and other resources within the supply chain to provide financing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).The ongoing evolution of internet technologies has further facilitated more convenient information exchange and operational methods for businesses.Nonetheless,risk management in supply chain finance continues to confront multiple challenges,especially for private financial firms like H Company.On one hand,with its supply chain finance division being newly established and having a relatively modest asset base,H Company often occupies a disadvantaged position amidst intense market competition.Smaller firms,in general,encounter greater difficulties in managing risks and face wider risk exposure.This study conducts a thorough examination and investigation into the current state of H Company’s supply chain finance risk management,concluding that the primary issues stem from an imperfect internal control system,incomplete risk assessment criteria,evident information asymmetry,inadequate risk early-warning mechanisms,insufficient innovation in supply chain products,and a dearth of specialized supply chain professionals.In response to these challenges and their underlying causes,the research outlines optimization strategies across three main aspects:Risk Identification,focusing on refining the credit risk evaluation system and implementing an information management platform.The credit risk assessment framework centers on appraising the overall supply chain operations,evaluating core enterprises,and assessing upstream and downstream businesses.The establishment of the information platform involves creating both core and ancillary service modules.Risk Management Optimization,concentrating on developing a comprehensive risk management system and enhancing the risk early-warning mechanism.This system entails constructing a risk governance framework,devising risk management policies,and instituting a risk assessment process.The risk early-warning system is primarily realized through data gathering,analysis,alert issuance,and contingency planning.Recommendations for product structure,chiefly advocating for the optimization of the product portfolio and the formation of a specialized talent pool.Through the adjustment of risk identification,risk management system and product structure,the risk management structure and management process of H Company are systematically solved,thus promoting the supply chain finance of H Company to be more competitive in the continuous development of the industry.
