【摘要】 特色保护类村庄集聚自然历史文化特色资源,是推进乡村振兴战略的有效载体,是加快实现农业农村现代化的重要抓手。近年来,随着乡村振兴战略的实施,特色保护类村庄振兴发展工作得到切实推进,取得了一定成绩,然而随着社会变迁,村庄建设过度城市化和商业化,规划过程中同质化问题频出,大量具有丰富历史底蕴和特色资源优势的村庄面临着消失的风险,推进本土特色保护与村庄发展良性互促尤为重要,特色保护类村庄的保护与振兴迫在眉睫。随着《乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022年)》的出台,特色保护类村庄进入人们的视野,逐渐成为学术界热议的话题,并取得了一定理论成果。本文基于相关文献研究,主要采用多学科综合研究法、案例分析方法、系统分析研究法,从马克思主义中国化研究视角出发,结合政治学、经济学等学科的相关理论与特色保护类村庄保护与发展的实际情况,进一步梳理村庄振兴发展的相关问题,深入分析村庄振兴发展的现实境遇,探索出切实可行的路径,以期为丰富与发展特色保护类村庄振兴发展方面的理论成果做出贡献。第一章,绪论。这一章在对特色保护类村庄振兴发展相关研究成果进行综合研读的基础上,主要阐述了论文的选题依据及研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路与方法,并说明了论文的创新之处与不足,以此为论文后续研究提供铺陈与支撑。第二章,特色保护类村庄振兴发展相关问题概述。这一章主要包括三个部分。第一,对乡村与村庄、乡村振兴战略、特色保护类村庄这三个概念进行了阐释;第二,从历史文化名村、传统村落、少数民族特色村寨、特色景观旅游名村四个方面对特色保护类村庄的类型进行详细阐述;第三,从促进特色旅游业发展、满足优美生态环境需要、提升国家文化软实力、推进乡村振兴战略四个方面论述了特色保护类村庄振兴发展的价值意蕴。第三章,特色保护类村庄振兴发展的理论基础。这一章对经典马克思主义相关理论与中国化马克思主义相关理论进行系统阐释,为论文后续研究奠定理论基础。第四章,特色保护类村庄振兴发展的现状。这一章主要包括三个部分。一是特色保护类村庄振兴发展取得的成效,主要包括促进特色资源保护利用、提高村庄村民生活水平、推动村庄整体环境改善三个方面;二是特色保护类村庄振兴发展面临的挑战,主要包括特色产业发展受限,特色环境风貌受损,特色乡土文化传承缺失,村庄治理机制不健全四个方面;三是特色保护类村庄振兴发展的制约因素,主要包括村民保护意识不强,政策保障力度不足,资金有限且来源单一,村庄规划同质化四个方面。第五章,特色保护类村庄振兴发展的路径选择。一是通过统筹村庄特色资源保护与产业发展,加大产业振兴人才培养力度,强化特色产业发展科技支撑三方面激活村庄产业发展内生动力,实现村庄产业兴旺;二是通过保持自然景观完整性,维护空间格局特色性,改善乡土人居环境三方面保护村庄整体空间形态与环境,实现村庄生态宜居;三是通过壮大文化传承主体力量,修缮保护历史文化古迹,保护传承非物质文化遗产三方面保护利用村庄特色乡土文化,实现村庄乡风文明;四是通过健全资金管理机制,建立协同保护机制,完善监督保障机制三方面健全村庄治理管护的相关机制,实现村庄治理有效。这一章在前文研究的基础上,遵循乡村振兴战略的总要求,总体上按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效的逻辑展开,以期推进村庄村民生活富裕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Characteristic protection villages gather natural historical and cultural characteristic resources,which is an effective carrier to promote the rural revitalization strategy and an important starting point for better and faster realization of agricultural and rural modernization.In recent years,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages has been effectively promoted.However,with the social changes,the excessive urbanization and commercialization of village construction,and the frequent homogenization problems in the planning process,a large number of villages with rich historical heritage and characteristic resource advantages are facing the risk of disappearing.It is particularly important to promote the protection of local characteristics and the development of villages as a whole.The protection and revitalization of characteristic protection villages is imminent.With the introduction of the "Village Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)",characteristic protection villages have entered people ’s vision,gradually become a hot topic in academic circles,and have achieved certain theoretical results.Based on the relevant literature research,this paper mainly adopts the multidisciplinary comprehensive research method,case analysis method and system analysis research method.From the perspective of Marxism in China,combined with the relevant theories of political science,economics and other disciplines and the actual situation of the protection and development of characteristic protection villages,this paper further combs the relevant problems of village revitalization and development,deeply analyzes the actual situation of village revitalization and development,and explores practical and feasible paths,in order to enrich and develop the theoretical achievements of the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages.Chapter One,introduction.Based on the comprehensive study of the research results related to the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages,this chapter mainly expounds the basis and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,and explains the innovation and shortcomings of the paper,so as to provide the elaboration and support for the follow-up research of the paper.The second chapter is an overview of the issues related to the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages.This chapter mainly includes three parts.First,the three concepts of village and village,rural revitalization strategy and characteristic protection village are explained.Secondly,the types of characteristic protection villages are elaborated in detail from four aspects : historical and cultural villages,traditional villages,ethnic minority characteristic villages and characteristic landscape tourism villages.Thirdly,it discusses the value implication of the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages from four aspects :promoting the development of characteristic tourism,meeting the needs of beautiful ecological environment,enhancing the soft power of national culture,and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.The third chapter is the theoretical basis for the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages.This chapter systematically explains the relevant theories of classical Marxism and Chinese Marxism,and lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of the paper.Chapter four,the status quo of the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages.This chapter mainly includes three parts.First,the achievements of the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages mainly include three aspects : promoting the protection and utilization of characteristic resources,improving the living standards of village villagers,and promoting the improvement of the overall environment of the village.The second is the challenges faced by the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages,mainly including the limited development of characteristic industries,the damage of characteristic environmental features,the lack of inheritance of characteristic local culture,and the imperfect village governance mechanism.Third,the restrictive factors of the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages mainly include four aspects : villagers ’ weak awareness of protection,insufficient policy guarantee,limited funds and single source,and homogenization of village planning.Chapter five,the path choice of the revitalization and development of characteristic protection villages.First,by coordinating the protection of village characteristic resources and industrial development,increasing the training of industrial revitalization talents,and strengthening the scientific and technological support for the development of characteristic industries,the endogenous power of village industrial development is activated to realize the prosperity of village industries;the second is to protect the overall spatial form and environment of the village by maintaining the integrity of the natural landscape,maintaining the characteristics of the spatial pattern,and improving the local living environment,so as to realize the ecological livability of the village.Third,by strengthening the main force of cultural inheritance,repairing and protecting historical and cultural monuments,and protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage,we should protect and utilize the local culture of village characteristics and realize the civilization of village style.Fourth,through the improvement of the fund management mechanism,the establishment of a multi-subject collaborative protection mechanism,and the improvement of the supervision and guarantee mechanism,the relevant mechanisms for the management and protection of village governance are improved to achieve effective village governance.On the basis of the previous research,this chapter follows the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,and generally follows the logic of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,and effective governance,in order to promote the prosperity of village villagers.更多还原
