盈湘公司管培生管理优化研究

【摘要】 成功的商业项目取决于团队的运营能力,为了实现企业的目标,人才始终应摆在首位。从事商业地产的企业要加强后备人才储备,打造商业管理方向专业人才集群,将内部人才的培养和外部人才的引进结合起来,形成专业的管理经营队伍。管理培训生的培养无疑是内部人才培养的一个优异选择。随着商业行业对后备人才需求的不断增加,商业地产企业从无到有的逐步启动自己公司的管培生项目。本文以盈湘公司管理培训生作为研究的对象,在管理状况及实施改进方面展开了系统的研究,从而提出对于盈湘公司管培生管理的优化和实施的建议。首先参考国内外管培生相关理论与文献综述,阐述了本文的研究背景以及研究的理论和现实意义。在充分调查分析下对盈湘公司的基本情况、管培生培养情况的现状、存在的问题及其产生的原因进行分析。针对管培生项目定位模糊、招聘形式与评价标准偏差、各流程及规划不合理、管理机制不完善、缺乏对学员企业文化的引导等问题,提出了管理培训生管理优化方案。并分项对部门职责划分、管培生招聘与评价、流程与规划、管理策略、企业文化的引导等方面详细阐述了具体的优化改进内容。最后提出盈湘公司管培生管理优化方案的实施计划和保障及实施后的预期效果。旨在通过优化及完善管培生管理,为企业战略目标的达成提供内部人才供给,保证盈湘公司在竞争中保有优势,不断提升竞争力。盈湘公司通过对管理培训生管理优化的设计与实施,在理论上丰富了商业地产行业企业管理培训生的相关理论研究成果,为盈湘公司关于管理培训生培养制度的制定提供依据。在实践上,为盈湘公司管理培训生管理提供了一个切实可行的优化方案,并为集团其他商业项目的管理培训生培养项目树立标杆。本文对盈湘公司在管理培训生管理的研究成果运用于实践,将提升盈湘公司后备优秀人才的储备数量和质量,对于满足公司可持续发展于人才方面的需求具有非常重要的现实意义。

【Abstract】 Successful commercial projects depend on the team’s operational capabilities.In order to achieve the goals of the enterprise,talents should always be the first priority.Enterprises engaged in commercial real estate should strengthen the reserve talent reserve,build a professional talent cluster in the direction of business management,and combine the training of internal talents with the introduction of external talents to form a professional management and operation team.The training of management trainees is undoubtedly an excellent choice for internal talent training.With the increasing demand for reserve talents in the commercial industry,commercial real estate companies have gradually started their own company’s management training program from scratch.The thesis takes the management trainee of Yingxiang Company as the research object and conducts a systematic study on the management condition and implementation improvement,so as to put forward suggestions for the optimization and implementation of the management trainee of Yingxiang Company.First,referring to the summary of relevant theories and documents of management trainees at home and abroad,the research background and the theoretical and practical significance of the research are explained.Under the full investigation and analysis,the basic situation of Yingxiang Company,the current situation of management trainee training,the existing problems and their causes are analyzed.Then,aiming at the problems such as fuzzy project positioning of management trainee,deviation of recruitment form and evaluation standard,unreasonable process and planning,imperfect management mechanism and lack of guidance to students’ corporate culture,the overall optimization scheme of management trainee project is put forward.In addition,specific optimization and improvement contents are elaborated in detail in terms of division of department responsibilities,recruitment and evaluation of management trainees,process and planning,management strategy and guidance of corporate culture.Finally,it puts forward the implementation plan and guarantee of the optimization plan of management trainee management in Yingxiang Company and the expected effect after implementation.By optimizing and improving the management of trainees,the company aims to provide internal talent supply for the achievement of the strategic objectives of the enterprise,so as to ensure that the company has advantages in the competition and constantly improve company’s competitiveness.Through the optimal design and implementation of the management trainee project,Yingxiang Company has theoretically enriched the relevant theoretical research results of enterprise management trainees in the commercial real estate industry and provided Yingxiang Company’s training system for management trainees.Formulate to provide the basis.In practice,it provides a practical and feasible optimization plan for the management trainee project of Yingxiang Company,and sets a benchmark for the management trainee training project of other commercial projects of the group.This article applies the research results of management trainee management in Yingxiang Company to practice,which will improve the quantity and quality of reserve talents of Yingxiang Company,and has very important practical significance for meeting the company’s demand for sustainable development of talents.
