TF公司兆瓦燃气轮机项目管理优化研究

【摘要】 制造业在国民经济中发挥了重要作用,改革开放以后,我国制造业快速发展,取得了辉煌的成绩,我国已发展成为全球的制造业大国,但相较于欧美等发达国家,还有一定的距离。本文以从事航空发动机研制的TF公司为研究对象,具体分析TF公司引进的兆瓦燃气轮机项目的管理现状,梳理项目流程当中所存在的发展问题,联系相关项目管理理论基础知识,提出管理优化措施,形成TF公司兆瓦燃气轮机项目管理优化方案。本文主要通过梳理项目管理的相关理论基础,联系TF公司在项目过程当中所产生的问题,通过理论和实际相结合,具体分析TF公司兆瓦燃气轮机项目开发与项目管理理论知识相结合的可行性,进一步说明TF公司的兆瓦燃气轮机项目管理方案优化的可行性。首先,通过分析TF公司在兆瓦燃气轮机项目过程当中所面临的现状,对当前的项目管理流程进行梳理和分析。主要存在以下问题:项目人员的安排缺乏合理性、人员能力素质差别大、项目规划不够全面、项目执行的监控力度不够、项目沟通有效性差等,充分运营项目管理理论,立足于公司实际,分类为项目进度管理、项目沟通管理、项目冲突管理三个层面的问题,通过对工作结构分解、活动周期估算、甘特图、关键路径法进行了计划的编制和优化,使用关键链技术来实施。最后从问题的实际出发,针对性地制定优化改进方案,并提出相应的实施保障措施。通过优化公司的流程,提升公司运行效率,增强项目管理的能力,让员工的工作积极性和主观能动性更高,增强企业核心竞争力,保障企业健康可持续发展。本文以TF公司兆瓦燃气轮机项目管理优化研究作为研究对象,总结出适合TF公司短周期开发项目要求的进度管理流程、方法和工具,为国内航空企业将项目管理知识在科研项目过程中的应用提供了参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 The manufacturing industry has played an important role in the national economy.After the reform and opening-up,China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly and gained brilliant achievements.China has developed into a global manufacturing power,but compared with the developed countries such as Europe and America,there is a certain distance.Engaged in aviation engine based on the research of TF company as the research object,the concrete analysis of TF company to introduce mw gas turbine project management present situation,problems existing in process of the development of the project,contact the relevant basic knowledge of project management theory,management optimization measures are put forward,the formation of TF company mw gas turbine project management optimization.In this paper,by analyzing the relevant theories of project management,contact the problem of TF company during the process of project,by combining theory with practice,concrete analysis TF company mw gas turbine project development and project management the feasibility of the combination of theoretical knowledge,further illustrate TF company mw gas turbine the feasibility of the project management plan optimization.First of all,by analyzing the current situation faced by TF company in the process of megawatt gas turbine project,the current project management process is sorted out and analyzed.The main problems are as follows:The arrangement of the project staff lack of rationality,personnel ability quality difference is big,the project plan is not comprehensive,not enough project implementation of the monitoring of poor communication,project effectiveness,fully operational project management theory,based on the actual company,classified as the project progress management,project communication management,project conflict management three aspects of problem,Through the work structure decomposition,activity cycle estimation,Gantt chart,critical path method for planning and optimization,using the critical chain technology to implement.Finally,based on the reality of the problem,the optimization and improvement plan is formulated,and the corresponding implementation safeguard measures are put forward.By optimizing the company’s process,we can improve the company’s operation efficiency,enhance the ability of project management,improve the staff’s work enthusiasm and subjective initiative,enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper takes the MW gas turbine project management optimization research of TF Company as the research object,summarizes the schedule management process,methods and tools suitable for TF company’s short-cycle development project requirements,and provides a reference for domestic aviation enterprises to apply project management knowledge in the process of scientific research projects.
