【摘要】 随着改革开发的进一步加深,国务院明确放宽建筑设计领域外资准入限制,房地产行业位于建筑设计行业的上游,近年来国内房地产企业在调控与金融监管的压力下,增速逐步放缓,进一步影响了下游建筑设计行业的业务量。2017年湖南省政府部门对规范招投标工作进行改革,最大的改革之处应该是取消业主评委,规范市场。在内外竞争压力的夹击之下,国内建筑设计院所面对的市场竞争越来越激烈,加强设计质量,优化设计管理流程及加强设计标准化建设,是设计行业发展的最终目标。本文的研究对象为长沙天诚建筑公司,通过查询设计管理和项目管理理论资料,并参考相关期刊资料,对近几年公司设计管理相关流程资料进行整理,分析指出长沙天诚建筑公司在设计管理中的现状情况、分析问题所在。针对设计管理存在的问题,从沟通、成本、进度和质量等几个方面提出针对性的改进方案。通过制定设计人员考核评价标准,结合组织保障、领导层重视、塑造良好的企业文化、以及加强公司信息化建设来保障实施效果。本文的改进研究仅针对长沙天诚建筑公司的现有设计管理模式,不同的建筑公司所面临的市场环境不同,业务组成不同,应结合公司的自身实际情况,采取有针对性的改进方案,使管理改进达到企业设定的目标,从而提高企业的管理水平。本文对业内其他设计公司、特别是中小型设计公司具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further deepening of reform and development,The State Council has eased restrictions on foreign investment in architectural design,The real estate industry is located in the upstream of the architectural design industry,In recent years,under the pressure of regulation and financial supervision,the growth rate of domestic real estate enterprises has gradually slowed down,which further affected the business volume of the downstream architectural design industry.In 2017,hunan Provincial government departments will carry out reform to standardize bidding and tendering.The biggest reform should be to cancel owners’ judges and standardize the market.Under the pressure of internal and external competition,domestic architectural design institutes are facing increasingly fierce market competition.It is the ultimate goal of the development of design industry to strengthen design quality,optimize design management process and strengthen design standardization construction.The research object of this paper is Changsha Tiancheng Construction Company.By consulting the theoretical information of design management and project management,referring to relevant journals,and sorting out the relevant process information of design management of the company in recent years,this paper analyzes and points out the current situation and problems of Changsha Tiancheng Construction Company in design management.In view of the problems existing in design management,the improvement plan is put forward from the aspects of communication,cost,schedule and quality.The implementation effect can be ensured by formulating evaluation standards for designers,combining organizational guarantee,leadership attention,shaping good enterprise culture,and strengthening information construction of the company.In this paper,the improvement of research only in view of the existing design of the changsha day cheng construction company management mode,different market environment faced by construction companies,business composition,should be combined with the actual situation of the company,to take targeted improvement scheme,to management to improve enterprise target,so as to improve the management level of enterprises.This paper can be used for reference by other design companies in the industry,especially small and mediumsized design companies.更多还原
