【摘要】 班级家委会协同育人实施是班主任教师工作的重要组成部分,加强班级家委会协同育人,对班级建设与学生全面发展具有重要意义。班级家委会作为班级-家庭发挥教育合力的有力抓手,关系到学生的健康成长。教育部《关于建立中小学幼儿园家长委员会的指导意见》中明确提出大力推动和发展家委会,倡导家委会参与到班级教学与管理中来,提升家校协同育人的效果。但受到多种因素影响,在班级家委会协同育人过程中仍然存在一些问题。本研究旨在调查班级家委会协同育人实施现状,探索班级家委会协同育人实施中存在的问题及原因,并提出优化班级家委会协同育人实施的建议。本研究采用文献法、调查问卷法和访谈法为主,以教育部发布关于家委会的相关政策文件为依据,以协同理论和交叠影响阈理论等相关理论为基础,从班级家委会参与班级管理、参与教育工作、沟通班级和家庭、指导家庭教四个维度制作问卷。以N省C市小学为研究对象,对C市1619位小学教师和17428名家长进行问卷调查。调查结果发现,协同保障上家委会民主制度不规范;协同需求上家师^（1）协同诉求各持己见;协同资源上教育资源挖掘差强人意;协同指导上家庭教育指导流于形式。探究其原因是家师对班级家委会必要性的认识不足;学校对班级家委会监管职能加持不力;班级家委会识别家师诉求能力不到位;班级家委会指导家庭教育作用不明显以及班级家委会协同职能受多重因素影响。提出了完善规章制度,强化育人保障;明确协同诉求,增强育人合力;挖掘协同资源,优化育人平台;关注不同群体,加强育人指导;关注多重影响,提升育人成效的优化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of collaborative parenting by Class Parent Committee is an important part of the work of classroom teachers.Strengthening the collaborative parenting of Class Parent Committee is of great significance to classroom construction and the overall development of students.The classroom Parents’ Committee,as a powerful hand for the classroom-family to utilize the synergy of education,is related to the healthy growth of students.The Ministry of Education’s Guiding Opinions on the Establishment of Parents’ Committees in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens explicitly promotes and develops parents’ committees,advocates their participation in classroom teaching and management,and enhances the effectiveness of collaborative parenting between home and school.However,due to a number of factors,there are still some problems in the process of collaborative parenting by Class Parent Committee.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of Class Parent Committee collaborative parenting implementation,to explore the problems and causes of parenting implementation collaborative parenting implementation,and to propose strategies for optimizing Class Parent Committee collaborative parenting implementation.This study utilized literature method,questionnaire and interview method mainly,based on the relevant policy documents issued by the Ministry of Education on Class Parent Committee,based on relevant theories such as synergy theory and overlapping influence threshold theory,questionnaires were created in four dimensions:participation of Class Parent Committee in classroom management,participation in educational work,communication between classroom and home,and guidance in home teaching.A questionnaire was administered to 1619 elementary school teachers and17,428 parents in C city,N province,as the study population.The results of the survey found that the democratic system of the Committee is not standardized in terms of synergistic guarantees;Synergistic needs on the home teacher synergistic claims each have their own views;Poorly tapped educational resources on synergistic resources;Co-guidance on home education guidance is a formality.The reason for this was explored to be the lack of awareness among home teachers of the need for classroom Parent Committee;The school’s supervisory function of the classroom Parent Committee is poorly augmented;The ability of the classroom Parent Committee to recognize the claims of the home teacher is not in place;The ineffective role of classroom Parent Committee in guiding family education and the synergistic functioning of classroom Parent Committee,which is affected by multiple factors.It is proposed to improve the rules and regulations and strengthen the protection of education;Clarify the synergistic demands and enhance the synergy of education;Tap into synergistic resources to optimize the platform for educating people;Focusing on different groups and strengthening parenting guidance;Paying attention to the multiple influences to improve parenting effectiveness.更多还原
