【摘要】 在经济快速发展下,社会发展发生巨大变化,机械结合下的社区成为单纯的居住地,居民关系淡漠疏离,社区认同感、参与感低,社区衍生出的社区治理问题应运而生。在社区治理中,老年人作为社区活动的主要组成部分,他们的参与广度与深度是衡量社区治理水平的重要指标。随着互联网时代到来,线下办公逐渐拓展到线上办公,老年人逐渐与数字社区脱轨,社区意识匮乏,如何破解这一难题成为重点。笔者选择江阴市J社区12名老年人作为研究对象,对其社区意识现状展开调研。结合影像赋能理论和参与式发展理论,依托影像小组开展工作,对其进行三大维度干预,采用标准式实验设计中的前后测控制组设计,分析《社区意识评估量表》前后差异验证影像发声疗法对于老年人社区意识培育和发展的有效性。研究数据表明:第一,影像发声法作为社区公共议题发声的有效工具,能有效提升社区参与意识;第二,影像发声法充分尊重参与者的主体意识和需求,使得对老年人社区归属意识有明显促进感;第三,通过影像发声法,我们可以重构社区权力体系,培育社区自治能力,并通过赋予权力来重塑集体情感和强化社区关怀意识。因此,影像发声法能够有效的培育老年人的社区意识。根据最新研究,尽管受到政策限制、个人偏好和影像伦理限制等因素,这种新型社区治理实践技术仍然面临着许多挑战,比如社区影像的价值合理性和赋权功能的昙花一现。尽管J社区的案例表明,通过使用影像技术,我们能够更好地让居民参与到社区治理中来,这是一种值得借鉴和推广的经验,但仍需要不断探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the rapid economic development,social development has undergone tremendous changes,the community under mechanical integration has become a simple place of residence,the relationship between residents is indifferent and alienated,the sense of community identity and participation is low,and the community governance problem derived from the community has emerged.In community governance,as the main component of community activities,the breadth and depth of participation of the elderly are important indicators to measure the level of community governance.With the advent of the Internet era,offline office has gradually expanded to online office,the elderly have gradually derailed from the digital community,and there is a lack of community awareness,and how to solve this problem has become the focus.The author selected 12 elderly people from J community in Jiangyin City as research subjects to investigate the current situation of their community awareness.Combined with the theory of image empowerment and participatory development,relying on the work of the imaging group,the three-dimensional intervention was carried out,and the design of the preand post-test control group in the standard experimental design was used to analyze the difference before and after the Community Awareness Assessment Scale to verify the effectiveness of video vocal therapy for the cultivation and development of community awareness among the elderly.The research data show that: first,as an effective tool for community public issues to be voiced,photovoice can effectively enhance the awareness of community participation;Second,the photovoice method fully respects the subjective consciousness and needs of the participants,which makes the sense of community belonging of the elderly have a significant sense of promotion.Third,through photovoice,we can reconstruct the community power system,cultivate community autonomy,and restore collective emotions and strengthen community care through empowerment.Therefore,photovoice can effectively cultivate the sense of community among the elderly.According to the latest research,despite factors such as policy restrictions,personal preferences,and image ethics,this new community governance practice still faces many challenges,such as the short-lived rationalization of the value and empowerment function of community images.Although the case of J community shows that through the use of community imaging technology,we can better involve residents in community governance,which is an experience worth learning and promoting,and has great potential and development prospects.更多还原
