基于价值链的P公司营运资金管理研究

【摘要】 随着经济的高速发展和激烈的市场竞争,企业越来越重视其营运资金的管理,在企业生产经营过程中,营运资金被不断地投入、消耗、收回,并在此循环使用过程中为企业带来收益,所以营运资金的管理对每一个企业都显得尤为重要。通常情况下,企业使用的是传统意义上的营运资金管理办法,这限制了管理者的视角,而基于价值链的营运资金管理办法则将拓宽管理者的视角,突破其固有的局限性。对企业营运资金管理进行深入分析时引入价值链思维,把企业的各项业务活动和价值链各个环节一一匹配对应,运用价值链理论分析其所涉及的每一个生产经营环节,从而改变企业对营运资金的管理模式,采用一套新方法改善企业的资金管理,提升企业管理效率,实现企业价值最大化,进一步充实我国在营运资金管理方面的理论知识,使其更加完备。结合价值链理论,对P公司营运资金的管理进行分析和研究。首先,介绍了研究背景和研究意义,整理总结国内外相关文献并进行文献评述,对研究内容和研究方法进行说明。其次,对价值链、营运资金管理和基于价值链的营运资金管理进行概念的阐述和相关理论的介绍。再次,对研究对象P公司的基本情况进行了说明,研究了P公司流动资产的规模及结构,流动负债的规模及结构和净营运资金,并基于价值链对P公司的营运资金管理现状进行了分析。紧接着,采用了层次分析法对价值链下的P公司营运资金管理进行评价,根据评价结果分析了P公司营运资金管理目前存在的问题,包括采购环节付款过快、存货周转慢、销售环节客户信用控制弱、上游供应商多为贸易商、盈利能力差,而造成这些问题的主要原因是P公司营运资金管理意识淡薄、缺乏科学的考核机制、内部控制不完善。基于此,提出了一系列优化措施包括优化采购管理、加强库存管理、增强应收账款管控、提高公司盈利能力等。

【Abstract】 With the rapid economic development and fierce market competition,enterprises pay more and more attention to the working capital management,during the daily production and operation,working capital is continuously invested,consumed,recovered,and bring benefits in this recycling process,so working capital management is very important for every enterprise.Typically,companies use traditional working capital management methods which limit managers’ view,while value chain-based working capital management methods will broaden the perspective of managers and break through their inherent limitations.Using value chain to deeply analyze the working capital management,to match the various business activities and value chain one by one,and using the value chain theory to analyze all production and operation activities,which can help companies change the funds management way and adopt a new method to make the funds effectively,improve management efficiency,maximize enterprise value,as well as further enrich Chinese theoretical knowledge on working capital management.Combined with the value chain theory,this paper analyzes and studies the working capital management of P Company.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are introduced,the relevant domestic and foreign literature is summarized and sorted out,as well as the research content and methods are clarified.Secondly,the concepts and related theories of value chain,working capital management and working capital management based on value chain are elaborated.Thirdly,the background of P Company is introduced,as well as the scale and structure of current assets,current liabilities and net working capital are introduced,and the current situation of working capital management as of P Company is analyzed based on the value chain.Afterwards,based on the value chain,the analytic hierarchy method was used to evaluate the working capital management as of P Company.According to the evaluation results,this paper found P Company’s working capital management issues were excessive payment in the procurement process,slow inventory turnover,weak customer credit control,mostly traders in the upstream suppliers,and poor profitability,which caused by the weak awareness of working capital management,the lack of scientific assessment mechanism,and the imperfect internal control.Based on this,a series of optimization measures have been proposed,including optimizing procurement management,strengthening inventory management,enhancing accounts receivable control,improving the company’s profitability and so on.
