【摘要】 教育惩戒是教师在日常教学过程中管理违纪学生,督促其改正错误从而达成正常教育目的重要教学辅助手段。由于社会不良信息的影响,青少年的逆反心理,来自家庭的娇惯等不利因素的影响,初中学段成为青少年问题的高发期。同时,这一时期也是学生三观形成及塑造的重要时期。近年来,随着教育惩戒相关法规的发布和实施,越来越多的专家学者就对于教育惩戒中存在的问题提出了新的观点及建议。在这种背景之下,如何有效、合理地实施教育惩戒对于促进学生养成良好的行为习惯意义重大。本文以城市中学,即德州市初级中学为例,选取S中学部分师生为研究样本,主要以初中师生这一群体为主要调查对象进行面谈和问卷调查,了解他们对教育惩戒的知晓程度、感受、实行或接受的意愿,以及教育惩戒落实的难点、效果等。结合这几年教育环境的改变,并依据调查结果,分析影响因素,探寻造成这些问题的原因并提出切实可行的策略。根据前期调研情况,笔者在查阅相关学术资料后,先编撰、修改、调整,最终形成问卷和访谈纲要。利用不同的问卷分别对S中学不同年级、任科、教龄的100余名教师,以及初一到初三的3000名学生,进行了相应的调查统计。同时,笔者对30余名不同情况的教师进行了深入访谈。经过对问卷数据的筛选、整理和加工,发现在教师在实施教育惩戒的过程中,存在着必要的教育惩戒缺失、教育惩戒缺乏共同认可的标准、教育惩戒主体单一、教育惩戒过程不完整等问题。深究其原因,不完善的规章制度、对教育惩戒实施的重视不足、淡薄的教育惩戒意识、教育惩戒实施的社会基础不足等因素成为突出问题。根据研究结论,笔者提出如下建议:一是,健全教育惩戒机制;二是,不断提升教师教育惩戒水平;三是,加强对学生个体差异的关注;四是,持续优化教育惩戒的环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Educational punishment is an important teaching auxiliary means for teachers to manage students who violate discipline in the daily teaching process and urge them to correct their mistakes so as to achieve normal educational goals.Due to the influence of bad social information,the rebellious psychology of teenagers,the inertia from the family and other adverse factors,the middle school section has become a high incidence period of adolescent problems.At the same time,this period is also an important period for the formation and shaping of students’ three views.In recent years,with the release and implementation of laws and regulations related to educational punishment,more and more experts and scholars have put forward new views and suggestions on the problems existing in educational punishment.In this context,how to effectively and reasonably implement educational punishment is of great significance to promote students to develop good behavior habits.In this thesis,in the city,namely junior middle school Dezhou S middle school,for example,select S middle school some teachers and students for the research samples,mainly in the junior middle school teachers and students as the main respondents interview and questionnaire survey,understand their awareness of education discipline,feelings,implement or accept the will,and the education punishment to carry out the difficulty,effect,etc.Combined with the changes of the educational environment in recent years,and according to the investigation results,the influencing factors are analyzed,the causes of these problems are explored and feasible strategies are put forward.According to the preliminary investigation,the author first compiled,revised and adjusted the relevant academic materials,and finally formed the questionnaire and interview outline.Different questionnaires were used to investigate more than 100 teachers from different grades,subjects and teaching ages,and 3,000 students from grade one to grade three in S Middle School.At the same time,the author conducted in-depth interviews with more than 30 teachers in different situations.After screening,sorting and processing of the questionnaire data,it is found that in the process of implementing educational punishment,there are some problems such as lack of necessary educational punishment,lack of common recognition of educational punishment,single subject of educational punishment and incomplete process of educational punishment.To investigate the reasons,the imperfect rules and regulations,insufficient attention to the implementation of educational punishment,the weak awareness of educational punishment,and the lack of social foundation for the implementation of educational punishment have become prominent problems.According to the research conclusion,the author puts forward the following suggestions: first,improve the educational punishment mechanism;second,constantly improve the level of teachers’ educational punishment;third,strengthen the attention to the individual differences of students;finally,continuously optimize the environment of educational punishment.更多还原
