【摘要】 随着经济发展和科技进步,港口行业得到迅猛发展,但面对港口的重复建设,港口产能逐渐过剩,竞争激烈及效益不佳等问题随之而来。对此,煤炭港口企业要想实现可持续发展,就必须运用精细化管理理念,提高管理水平,改善运营管理模式,提升服务能力及服务水平,形成核心竞争力,实现高质量发展。本文结合作者实际工作,以科学管理理论、过程管理理论、精益生产理论等为基础,使用文献分析、实地调研、数据分析等方法,对煤炭港口企业生产运营精细化管理进行深入研究和分析。首先,介绍了选题背景和意义,提出现阶段煤炭港口企业在生产运营管理方面存在的问题,梳理了国内外煤炭港口企业生产运营和精细化管理等方面的理论和文献研究,从而明确了煤炭港口企业生产运营精细化管理研究的基本思路及内容;其次,对煤炭港口、企业生产运营、精细化管理的概念进行介绍,并对国内外煤炭港口企业发展现状、生产运营情况及存在问题进行阐述,作为本文的研究基础;第三,通过研究确定相关指标、构建原则及评价方法,建立煤炭港口企业生产运营精细化管理评价体系;第四,以BF港为例,进行生产运营精细化管理水平分析,通过生产运营的相关指标分析,总结其在生产运营精细化管理各方面存在的不足;第五,针对上述存在的问题,提出优化生产运营精细化管理的对策措施:制定流程标准、做好成本管控、加强安全管控、健全环保体系、深化技术创新、提升信息化水平等;最后,对论文进行总结,指出煤炭港口企业应努力提升生产运营精细化管理,以解决目前存在的诸多管理问题,并对煤炭港口企业生产运营精细化管理的未来运营和进一步深入研究提出展望。本文以煤炭港口企业为研究对象,基于生产运营视角,进行精细化管理研究,旨在提升煤炭港口企业生产运营精细化管理的质量和水平,促进煤炭港口企业的可持续发展,更好的服务临港经济发展,以期为后续煤炭港口企业精细化管理提升提供积极的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and progress of science and technology,port industry has obtained rapid development.However,due to repeated construction of ports,problems such as excessive production capacity,intense competition and poor financial results have appeared.In order to achieve sustainable development,coal port enterprises must apply delicacy management concept,improve the management level as well as operation and management mode,enhance service capacity and level,form the core competitiveness,and realize high-quality development.Based on scientific management theory,process management theory and lean production theory,this study combines with actual personal work,uses literature analysis,field research,data analysis and other methods,and deeply investigates the delicacy management of production operation of coal port enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,puts forward problems existing in the production operation management of coal port enterprises,and sorts out theories and literature research on the production operation and delicacy management of coal port enterprises at home and abroad,in order to clarify the basic ideas and content of research on delicacy management of production operation of coal port enterprises.Secondly,the concepts of coal port,enterprise production operation,and delicacy management are introduced,and the development status of domestic and foreign coal port enterprises,production operation and existing problems are explained.Thirdly,the delicacy management evaluation system of coal port enterprise production and operation is established by studying relevant indicators,construction principles and evaluation methods;Fourthly,this paper takes BF Port as an example,analyzes the delicacy management level of production operation,and sums up its deficiency in all aspects of delicacy management of production operation by analyzing relevant indicators of production operation.Fifthly,in allusion to the above problems,this study puts forward countermeasures to optimize the delicacy management of production operation,including setting process standards,doing a good job in cost control,enhancing security control,improving environmental protection system,deepening technological innovation,strengthening information level,etc.Lastly,the paper draws a conclusion,points out shortcomings of the paper,and proposes prospect for the future operation and in-depth study of the delicacy management of production operation of coal port enterprises.From the perspective of production operation,this paper takes coal port enterprise as the research object and conducts delicacy management research,with a view to improving the quality and level of delicacy management of production operation of coal port enterprises,boosting the sustainable development of coal port enterprises,better serving port-neighboring economy development,and providing positive reference for subsequent delicacy management of coal port enterprises.更多还原
