【摘要】 改革开放以来,农村社会与经济发展取得了巨大成就,人们对居住环境质量的需求逐步提高,农村住宅更新改造如火如荼。但也产生了许多问题,如农宅总体环境遭受侵蚀,大拆大建,导致建设性破坏与地域特色缺失。中牟县农宅也存在整体环境混杂、使用不便和文化传承不足等问题。作为中原文化的代表性产物,中牟县传统农宅蕴藏大量的物质与非物质文化遗产,具有较大经济与文化价值。国内外对于农村住宅开展了大量研究,在形成与发展、空间形态演变、建筑技术、设计实践、更新改造和保护与发展等方面取得了较多成果,但基于新视角的创新研究很少,针对中牟县农宅的专门研究更为缺乏。基于有机更新理论与有机关联、历史沿革方法,调研了中牟县农村住宅历史文化、整体环境及农宅建筑,总结了其特征与现状问题。分析了有机更新与农村住宅的契合度,辨析了有机更新与传统更新的区别以及有机更新的优势,梳理了中牟农宅有机更新的遗传性、层级性、关联性和人本性的要义,阐述了中牟县农宅有机更新思路。根据中牟县农宅的特征与现状问题,结合有机更新的理论与方法,研究了中牟农宅有机更新设计的原则及策略。提出了中牟农宅有机更新设计原则,包括农宅与整体环境共生性原则、新旧功能空间构件材料和设施设备代谢性原则、传统风貌延续地域性原则、生活生产与气候地形适应性原则、绿色节能生态环保可持续性原则。建构了中牟农宅有机更新设计策略:共生性有机更新策略强调修复农村自然环境和原生态农耕田园风光,提升公共空间品质,激发公共空间活力,增强村民地域归属感,保留街巷历史痕迹原真性和建筑风貌完整性,提升街巷道路景观品质,融入多元业态,提升农村经济活力;代谢性有机更新策略强调新旧功能空间、构件材料和设施设备等的代谢更新;地域性有机更新策略强调尊重传统建筑风貌特点,打造功能现代、特色鲜明的宜居农宅,延续地方特色风貌;适应性有机更新策略强调适应农村生活生产方式、气候和地形特点;可持续性有机更新策略强调采用现代施工技术、环保建筑材料和可再生能源,减少能源消耗,保护环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,great achievements have been made in rural social and economic development.People’s demand for the quality of living environment has gradually increased,and rural house renovation is in full swing.But it has also caused many problems,such as the overall environment of rural houses being eroded,large-scale demolition and construction,leading to constructive damage and lack of regional characteristics.There are also problems with the overall mixed environment,inconvenient use,and insufficient cultural inheritance of rural houses in Zhongmou County.As a representative product of the Central Plain culture,traditional rural houses in Zhongmou County contain a large amount of material and intangible cultural heritage,with significant economic and cultural value.A large amount of research has been conducted on rural house both domestically and internationally,achieving significant results in formation and development,spatial form evolution,architectural technology,design practice,renovation,protection and development.However,there is little innovative research based on new perspectives,and lack of specialized research on rural houses in Zhongmou County.Based on the theory of organic renewal and the methods of organic correlation and historical evolution,the historical culture,overall environment,and rural houses in Zhongmou County were investigated,and their characteristics and current problems were summarized.Analyzed the compatibility between organic renewal and rural houses,distinguished the differences between organic renewal and traditional renewal,as well as the advantages of organic renewal,sorted out the genetic,hierarchical,relational,and human essence of organic renewal in Zhongmou rural houses,and elaborated on the ideas for organic renewal of rural houses.Based on the characteristics and current situation of rural houses in Zhongmou County,combined with the theory and methods of organic renewal,the principles and strategies for the design of organic renewal of rural houses in Zhongmou County were studied.The principles of organic renewal design for Zhongmou rural houses have been proposed,including the principle of symbiosis between rural houses and the overall environment,the principle of metabolic properties of new and old functional space,components,materials and facilities,the principle of regional continuity of traditional style,the principle of adaptability between living production and climate terrain,and the principle of green,energy-saving,ecological,and environmental sustainability.Constructed an organic renewal design strategy for Zhongmou rural houses: the symbiotic organic renewal strategy emphasizes repairing the natural environment and original agricultural landscape in rural areas,enhancing the quality of public spaces,stimulating public space vitality,enhancing villagers’ sense of regional belonging,preserving the authenticity of historical traces and the integrity of building styles,improving the landscape quality of streets and alleys,integrating multiple business,and enhancing rural economic vitality;The metabolic organic renewal strategy emphasizes the metabolic renewal through new and old functional spaces,component,materials,facilities and equipment;The regional organic renewal strategy emphasizes respecting the traditional architectural style and characteristics,creating livable rural houses with modern functions and distinctive features,and continuing the local unique style and features;The adaptive organic renewal strategy emphasizes the adaptation to rural lifestyle and production methods,climate and terrain characteristics;The sustainable organic renewal strategy emphasizes adopting modern construction technology,environmentally friendly building materials,and renewable energy to reduce energy consumption and protect the environment.更多还原
