面向碳减排的Z制药公司精益化能源管理策略研究

【摘要】 作为全球碳排放量最大的国家,积极应对气候变化、努力践行减排责任是中国一以贯之的重要国策。面对碳排放约束,企业能源管理的研究成为了重要的前沿问题与实践问题。因此,本文以碳减排为导向,对制药企业能源管理水平提升进行研究,既有助于企业履行社会责任,又能降低其运营成本。本研究采用文献研究法和案例研究法,在对现有能源管理方面的文献研读综述的基础上,以Z制药公司为研究对象,对其能源加工转换、输送分配和终端使用三个环节进行分析,得出了制约其能源管理水平的三个影响因素:(1)耗能设备的节能措施效果不佳;(2)能源供应及需求信息传递不畅;(3)员工的用能行为不规范。针对存在的问题,首先应用精益六西格玛DMAIC(定义、测量、分析、改进及控制)工具,研究出针对关键耗能设备的压缩空气系统的节能策略,使得其万元产值能耗降低,同时获得了经济效益及碳减排效益,并且构建了耗能设备节能项目的实施指南。其次,构建了能源供应与需求信息共享看板,以“云文档”为载体,通过信息共享实现了经济运行、节能减碳的效益,并且有效提升了工作效率和能源指标控制能力。最后,通过专项6S(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养及安全)管理逐步提升了员工用能素养,增强了节能意识,规范了用能行为,并巩固了耗能设备能效提升策略、能源供应与需求信息共享看板带来的经济效益及碳减排效益。本研究基于能源流从耗能设备、供需协同、人员行为三个方面出发,为制药企业打造了三位一体的能源精益化管理策略,希望该研究结论能够为企业在碳排放约束下的能源管理提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 As the largest carbon emitter globally,China has been actively committed to tackling climate change.In the face of carbon emission constraints,the study of enterprise energy management has become an important frontier and practical issue.Therefore,this paper takes carbon emission reduction as the orientation and studies the improvement of the energy management level of pharmaceutical enterprises,which can not only help enterprises fulfill their social responsibility,but also reduce their operating costs.This research adopted the literature research and case study,based on a review of the existing literature on energy management,Z pharmaceutical companies as the research object,the analysis of its energy processing and manufacturing,transport distribution and terminal use has led to three influencing factors that restrict its energy management level:(1)Energy-saving measurement for energy-consuming equipment is not effective;(2)Poor transmission of energy supply and demand information;(3)The energy use behavior of employees is not standardized.To solve the above issues,the lean Six Sigma DMAIC(Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control)tool is firstly applied to improve the energy saving of the compressed air system,which is a key energy-consuming equipment,so as to reduce the energy consumption per 10,000 RMB production value,obtained economic benefits and carbon emission reduction benefits,and output the practical guide for improving the energy efficiency of the equipment.Secondly,the board of energy supply and demand information sharing was constructed.With ‘cloud document’ as the carrier,the benefits of economic operation,energysaving and carbon reduction are realized through information sharing,and the work efficiency and energy index control ability are effectively improved.Finally,through6 S management(Seiri,Seiton,Seiketsu,Standard,Shitsuke,Scurity),employees’ energy consumption literacy was gradually improved,energy conservation awareness is enhanced,energy consumption behavior was standardized,and the economic benefits and carbon emission reduction benefits were consolidated by the improvement of compressed air system energy efficiency and energy supply and demand information sharing Kanban are consolidated.Based on the energy flow from the three aspects of energy consumption equipment,supply-demand coordination,and personnel behavior,this study created a trinity of energy lean management strategy for pharmaceutical enterprises.Hopefully,the conclusion of this study can provide a reference for the energy management of similar enterprises.
