【摘要】 人口老龄化的发展趋势,使居家养老的照护问题越来越突出。为此,养老机器人作为一种辅助工具,满足老年人的日常生活需求,为老人提供照护等服务。我国“十四五”计划和2023年“两会”中明确提到要发展好养老产业、事业,为老年人提供全方位的养老服务。随着人工智能技术的发展和应用,利用数字化、信息化、网联化等技术推动智慧养老服务事业的发展,让智能化技术为老年群体提供优质的服务,解决目前传统单一的养老服务模式的问题。本文基于情感设计的理念,以居家养老机器人为研究对象,提出了机器人的情感化三层次设计原则和类童特征的情感表达方法,结合用户调研的需求层次模型指导设计实践,完成了机器人样机模型制作,并采用场景交互实验评估了机器人的情感表达,获取优化迭代的意见改进设计研究。首先,通过文献资料分析了国内外养老机器人的理论研究现状,并分析研究情感化设计与情感表达设计理论方法;然后,定位目标用户群体开展访谈与问卷调查,以挖掘用户的产品综合需求,通过Kano模型和情感层次分析建立用户需求层次模型;其次,提出机器人情感化设计原则和情感表达方法,指导居家养老机器人的设计实践,完成机器人产品的方案设计和原型开发;最后,招募了老年参与者进行居家养老的场景交互实验评估,结果表明类童特征在某种程度上促进了机器人的情感表达,并通过对评估结果的进一步分析,提出了未来设计研究的优化与改进方向。本研究从设计与评估的角度,验证了情感化三层次的设计原则与类童特征的情感表达方法,应用于居家养老机器人实践的可行性,为其他智能产品的开发提供了指导性的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trend of population aging has made the issue of care for the elderly at home more and more prominent.For this reason,elderly robots are used as an auxiliary tool to meet the daily needs of the elderly and provide care and other services to them.China’s 14 th FiveYear Plan and the 2023 "two sessions" clearly mention the need to develop the elderly industry and business,and provide a full range of aging services for the elderly.With the development and application of artificial intelligence technology,the use of digitalization,information technology,networked technology and other technologies to promote the development of intelligent elderly services,so that intelligent technology to provide quality services for the elderly groups,to solve the current problems of the traditional single elderly service model.Based on the concept of emotional design,this paper proposes a three-level design principle of emotional robot and an emotional expression method of child-like characteristics,taking the home care robot as the research object.The prototype model of the robot was completed by combining the hierarchical model of needs from user research to guide the design practice,and the emotion expression of the robot was evaluated by using scene interaction experiments to obtain optimized and iterative opinions to improve the design research.Firstly,the status of theoretical research on elderly robots at home and abroad is analyzed through literature,and the theoretical methods of emotional design and emotional expression design are analyzed and studied.Secondly,locate the target user groups to conduct interviews and questionnaires to explore the users’ comprehensive product needs,and establish a user needs hierarchy model through Kano model and emotional level analysis.Then,to propose robot emotional design principles and emotional expression methods,to guide the design practice of home care robots,and to complete the scheme design and prototype development of robot products.Finally,elderly participants were recruited for the experimental assessment of scenario interaction for aging in place,and the results showed that child-like features contributed to the emotion expression of the robot to some extent,and through further analysis of the assessment results,optimization and improvement directions for future design research were proposed.From the perspective of design and evaluation,this study verifies the feasibility of the three-level design principle of emotionality and the emotion expression method of childlike characteristics applied to the practice of home-based elderly robots and provides guiding implications for the development of other intelligent products.更多还原
