【摘要】 第三方支付机构已是我国金融体系中的重要组成部分,为我国的经济发展和生活便利做出了重大贡献,满足经济发展中快速增长的支付需求,大幅度降低人们的交易成本。第三方支付行业在移动互联网快速普及的情况下迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,但随着客户群体范围变大,客户需求也逐渐多样化,产品的更新迭代也变得异常迅速,使企业面临的竞争也在逐渐加剧。作为以软件产品为主的支付公司,在经营同质化严重,盈利手段单一的市场环境下,企业的产品研发如何快速迭代产品,以及时响应客户的复杂、多样的需求,以及客户对产品质量要求的提高,由此可见产品研发的竞争已成为第三方支付行业竞争的核心焦点之一。本文中研究的Z公司,是一家第三方支付公司。Z公司在产品研发过程中,存在着跨部门协作不畅、产品规划不到位、产品研发流程缺乏标准化和结构化、研发绩效缺乏有效的评估机制等问题。本文通过分析Z公司研发过程中出现的问题,以集成产品开发(Integrated Production Development,简称IPD)理论为基础,并借鉴精益研发理论制定出一套改善产品研发流程的方法。通过对现有研发流程的优化与完善,实现产品统一规划,建立跨部门矩阵式组织结构,结构化产品研发流程。期望能够帮助公司提高产品研发效率,缩短产品研发周期,提升产品质量,使公司能够在市场竞争中,持续提升企业的竞争力。同时可以为行业内的其他企业研发流程改进提供借鉴参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Third-party payment institutions have been an important part of China’s financial system and have made significant contributions to China’s economic development and convenience of life,meeting the rapidly growing demand for payment in economic development and significantly reducing people’s transaction costs.The third-party payment industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities with the rapid popularity of the mobile Internet,but as the range of customer groups becomes larger and customer needs gradually diversify,product updates and iterations have become exceptionally rapid,making the competition faced by companies gradually intensify.As a software-based payment company,in the market environment of serious homogeneity and single means of profit,how to quickly iterate the product development of enterprises to respond to the complex and diverse needs of customers and the increase of customer requirements for product quality,it can be seen that the competition of product development has become one of the core focuses of competition in the third-party payment industry.Company Z,a third-party payment company studied in this thesis,suffers from poor cross-departmental collaboration,inadequate product planning,lack of standardization and structure in the product development process,and lack of effective evaluation mechanisms for R&D performance in the product development process.In this thesis,we analyze the problems in the R&D process of Company Z.Based on Integrated Production Development(IPD)theory,we develop a set of methods to improve the product R&D process with reference to Lean R&D theory.Through the optimization and improvement of the existing R&D process,we can realize the unified product planning,establish a cross-departmental matrix organization structure and structure the product R&D process.It is expected to help the company improve the efficiency of product development,shorten the product development cycle,and improve product quality,so that the company can continue to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market competition.At the same time,it can provide reference for other enterprises in the industry to improve their R&D process.更多还原
