基于节能减排理念下的居住小区地下停车场空间品质优化设计策略

【摘要】 我国城市化率已达到较高程度,城市化建设持续推进,越来越多人口长期在城镇中工作、居住,城镇化率持续加大。加大利用城市地下空间同时改善该空间的空间品质是时代发展的必然趋势,也是发展的必然道路。但是受制于地下空间的特殊属性限制,居住小区地下停车场实现自然通风与采光较为困难,使得部分居住小区地下停车场空间品质低下,使用者停留后有不舒适感。同时是为满足其使用功能所安装的人工通风及照明设备需要消耗大量能源,不利于满足节能减排的时代要求,但是可以因地制宜的采取自然通风及采光的设计策略,以改善该空间的空间品质,同时降低该空间的能源消耗。建筑空间设计应依循“以人为本、环境友好”的设计理念,应当着重于优化地下空间建筑设计的同时加大改善地下环境舒适性,提供一个良好的地下空间内部环境。具体到目前我国的居住小区地下停车场建设现状来看,许多城市对居民区地下停车场内部环境舒适度上缺乏相关的对应策略,忽略该地下空间的环境品质及必要的节能减排设计,在新时代发展观的视角下,居住小区地下停车场的节能减排及空间品质的提升具有普遍的现实意义。基于以上大背景,本文通过相关理论研究、考察调研和问卷调查及访谈,主要进行以下相关研究:第一章为绪论,选择居住小区地下停车场为研究对象,以节能减排及空间品质改善为目的,明确了该选题的对象及目的。第二章为地下空间现况理论研究,本论文研究的对象及论文研究的主要目标是通过建筑设计手段在节能减排的理念下提升地下停车场的空间品质,解读了本论文研究中所涉及到的节能减排和空间品质相关定义,并对此次所涉及的相关理论及其影响因素进行归纳总结,并确定了此次研究收集数据的具体研究方式。第三章为节能减排现况理论研究,并对相关影响因素进行筛选,并确定收集相关数据作为基础论证依据。第四章为实地调研收集数据,通过使用者感受评价模型(POE模型)理论分析影响地下空间节能减排及空间舒适度相关影响因素,并找出重点影响因素为未本文的研究方向提供支持。第五章根据前文的研究结论,参考住户对地下停车场环境品质的改善意见及地下停车场管理者访谈提出的意见为基础数据,通过本人的相关研究和论证提出居住小区地下停车场基于节能减排理念的设计原则,并分别针对室内通风系统、室内采光系统等影响因素提出节能减排的优化设计策略,在节能减排的同时改善空间环境品质。
【Abstract】 The urbanization rate of China has reached,and urbanization construction keeps moving on.According to the latest statistics in 2021,around of China’s population has been working and living in cities and the urban population continues to grow.There are a large number of residential communities in cities,most of which are equipped with underground parking lots to meet the parking needs of people living in the communities.It is the inevitable development trend of the times to step up the force in the use of underground space,which is also the inevitable development path of China with more people and less land.However,limited by the special attributes of underground space,many derivative problems are caused by various factors such as humidity,damp heat,and darkness,making the underground space have low quality and bringing discomfort to users.In particular,the artificial ventilation and lighting equipment installed to meet its function of use will consume a lot of energy,which is extremely unfavorable to meeting the requirements of the times for energy conservation and emission reduction.Architectural space design should adhere to the design concept of "people-oriented and environment-friendly",and we have to focus on underground space design to improve the comfort of indoor environment and provide a good internal environment of unground space,so as to make the development and utilization of underground space full of vitality.However,based on the current situation of underground construction in China,we can find that there is insufficient systematic planning in many cities for the internal environment of underground parking lots in residential areas and the environmental quality of underground space is ignored.Based on the above background,through a large number of theoretical research,field research,questionnaire survey and interview,related research is carried out in this paper mainly as follows:The first chapter is an introduction,which explains the research objects,methods,and objectives of this paper。Chapter two and Chapter three is to explain the main noun concepts involved in this paper based on the research status at home and abroad,the object and main purpose of this research,summarize the relevant theories and their influencing factors introduced,and determine the specific research method of this paper in collecting data.Chapter four is the basic theoretical research.By sorting out the latest building energy-saving theory and POE model at home and abroad,it theoretically analyzes the relevant influencing factors affecting energy conservation and emission reduction of underground space and space comfort,and finds out the key influencing factors to provide support for the subsequent research in the paper.Chapter five is to propose that the design principle of underground parking lots in residential areas shall be in line with the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction based on the previous research conclusions,with reference to the residents’ opinions on the environmental quality improvement of the underground parking lots and the suggestions raised out by the managers of the underground parking lots in the interview,and put forward the optimal design strategies of energy conservation and emission reduction on the influencing factors such as indoor ventilation system and indoor lighting system.
