数据生命周期视角下高校科学数据共享研究

【摘要】 第四范式——数据密集型的到来,正在深刻改变着科学研究的整个面貌。在开放数据背景下,科学数据共享也成为了全球共识。科研活动的繁荣与科学数据量的激增,使得高校科学数据共享工作变得愈发紧迫。科研人员进行科学数据共享,不仅有助于提升其科研效率,更能推动学科创新与知识进步。在数据密集型科研环境中,图书馆作为科学数据重要的管理与服务机构,既能够满足科研人员的数据需求,也能提升科研人员的数据素养,使之实现科学数据的有效共享。本文基于数据生命周期理论,在解析科学数据、科学数据共享、数据生命周期三个核心概念的基础上,将高校科学数据共享划分为数据产生与收集、数据存储与管理、数据利用与共享三个阶段。再运用问卷调查、网络调研等方法,对高校科学数据现状展开调研与分析。研究发现,目前高校科学数据共享存在数据收集与整合不足、数据共享意识薄弱、数据共享机制不健全等问题。最后,依据数据生命周期阶段划分,提出解决高校科学数据共享问题的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rise of the fourth paradigm,which is data-intensive,is drastically transforming the landscape of scientific research by emphasizing the importance of open data and scientific data sharing.This trend underlines the acceleration of scientific research and the exponential increase in scientific data,thereby amplifying the necessity of sharing data within academic institutions.Collaborative data sharing not only improves the efficiency of scientific research but also fosters innovation and promotes knowledge advancement.In this data-centric scientific research context,libraries play a pivotal role as primary managers and service providers for scientific data.They meet researchers’ data requirements and enhance their data literacy,thereby facilitating efficient scientific data sharing.The study explores key concepts such as scientific data,scientific data sharing,and the data life cycle within universities,organizing scientific data sharing into three main stages: data generation and collection,data storage and management,and data utilization and sharing.Then,questionnaire surveys,network surveys and other methods were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of scientific data in colleges and universities.It is found that there are some problems in the current scientific data sharing in universities,such as insufficient data collection and integration,weak awareness of data sharing,and unsound data sharing memory.Finally,according to the division of data life cycle stages,the countermeasures to solve the problem of scientific data sharing in colleges and universities are proposed.更多还原
