农村图书馆数字化建设与服务模式研究

【摘要】 随着乡村振兴战略的实施和农村数字化的普及,农村正全方面地朝着现代化的方向发展,在经济快速发展的同时,农村文化的发展也越来越受到重视。农村图书馆作为农民群体接受文化服务最直接有效的途径,承担着文化建设和文化传播的重要责任,对其进行数字化转型建设将有助于其更好地适应时代发展,提升农村居民的文化素养,提高综合文化实力,助力农村新时代的发展。本文首先对农村图书馆现存的选址模式、图书来源等方面进行汇总,介绍其运营的一般模式,并对农村图书馆资源建设现状和信息服务现状进行调查,对其建设成效和现在模式下存在的问题进行了分析;其次,对农村整体的数字环境和农民群众的数字信息需求进行了调查分析,目前农村使用较多的阅读媒介为手机等终端设备,对于数字阅读的需求多集中在经济实用性、便捷性、多样化和娱乐化等方面;针对农民用户的实际信息需求,提出引入数字化资源、构建特色数据库、建设“总分馆”模式、馆员培养机制等多项农村图书馆数字化建设的具体方式,共同推进数字化建设进程,提高农村图书馆在移动端设备上的应用,并提出个性化服务模式和共享服务模式;最后,为保证农村图书馆和文化资源的使用率,提出加强管理制度和监管机制、增加运作资金、加大宣传力度等可持续发展建议,以期在最大程度上发挥农村图书馆的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the popularization of rural digitalization,rural areas are developing in the direction of modernization in all aspects.With the rapid development of economy,the development of rural culture is also paid more and more attention.As the most direct and effective way for farmers to receive cultural services,rural libraries bear the important responsibility of cultural construction and cultural dissemination.The digital transformation construction of rural libraries will help them better adapt to the development of The Times,improve the cultural literacy of rural residents,improve the comprehensive cultural strength,and help the development of rural areas in the new era.This paper first summarizes the existing site selection mode and book source of rural libraries,introduces the general mode of its operation,and investigates the status quo of resource construction and information service of rural libraries,and analyzes the effectiveness of its construction and the problems existing in the current mode.Secondly,the overall rural digital environment and farmers’ demand for digital information are investigated and analyzed.At present,mobile phones and other terminal devices are the most used reading media in rural areas,and the demand for digital reading is mainly focused on economic practicality,convenience,diversification and entertainment.According to the actual information needs of rural users,this paper puts forward specific ways of digital construction of rural libraries,such as the introduction of digital resources,the construction of characteristic databases,the construction of "general branch library" mode,and the cultivation mechanism of librarians,so as to jointly promote the process of digital construction,improve the application of rural libraries on mobile devices,and propose personalized service mode and shared service mode.Finally,in order to ensure the utilization rate of rural libraries and cultural resources,this paper puts forward some sustainable development suggestions such as strengthening the management system and supervision mechanism,increasing the operating funds and strengthening the publicity,so as to give full play to the role of rural libraries to the greatest extent.更多还原
