面向Human-AI协同的企业经营虚仿平台优化设计研究

【摘要】 智能时代已到来,智能技术的高速发展正推动组织的智能化进程,AI助手如何进入组织,如何构建与人协同的AI助手,构建人与AI助手共生、协同的组织模式,成为信息管理领域重要的研究问题。目前与Human-AI协同相关的研究多集中在理论层面的分析、推演,缺少可用于指导实践的设计、运营方法。这是因为虽然基于计算机的模拟可用于研究和讨论管理的许多领域,但传统算法方法的局限性使得难以对组织内发生的动态的复杂性进行建模。而每当流程被重新定义或信息被修改时,组织的工作模式便会受到影响,现有的社会模式受到威胁。本研究从企业现实需求出发,对Human-AI协同需求进行了理论分析与设计,构建了Human-AI的协同运营框架,提出了一套组织内的AI助手分析设计方法,针对AI助手设计分析的每个环节进行建模。Human-AI作为一种新的组织模式,在真实企业运营验证的成本非常高,为此通过虚拟仿真模拟呈现组织协同行为,及时发现问题并进行AI助手及协作流程的优化。主要做法是选取实际企业中的几个场景映射到虚仿平台,对其中的Human-AI协同决策点进行设计分析,借助虚仿平台对Human-AI协同交互进行设计,包括虚仿AI助手设计实例、虚仿Human-AI协作运营的逻辑设计和Human-AI交互的原型设计三方面。论文的主要研究内容如下:(1)基于线下交互行为的Human-AI协同需求分析:从现实企业出发分析了VUCA时代组织协同的困境,明确了基于组织视角研究Human-AI协同的必要性。提供AI需求分析方法并在现实企业中实现应用。考虑到在现实企业中难以跟踪组织协同行为并对其展开进一步研究,本研究搭建虚仿平台以还原企业经营过程,呈现组织协同行为的特点,进行Human-AI协同需求重构。(2)面向协同场景的AI助手设计方法:基于Human-AI协同过程进行分析,并依据业务协同需求及处理逻辑将AI助手分为数据支持型AI、协调型AI以及决策型AI。针对三类AI助手分别建模,选取了现实企业中的部分协同场景,以面向协同场景的虚仿AI设计为例,阐释、验证了方法的有效性。(3)基于CNO组织运营的虚仿平台优化设计:基于CNO理论构建Human-AI敏捷协作框架,将AI助手以协作成员的身份带入组织,设计虚仿Human-AI交互的运营逻辑,完成AI的配置模拟并不断地优化设计方案。直至接近理想状态,回嵌到现实组织,进行实践应用,为研究Human-AI组织协同提供了借鉴方法。

【Abstract】 The age of intelligence has arrived,and the rapid development of intelligent technology is driving the intelligent process of organizations.How to enter the organization of AI assistants,how to build AI assistants that collaborate with people,and how to build an organizational model of symbiosis and collaboration between human and AI assistants have become important research issues in the field of information management.The current research related to Human-AI synergy is mostly focused on analysis and deduction at the theoretical level,and lacks design and operation methods that can be used to guide practice.This is because while computer-based simulations can be used to study and discuss many areas of management,the limitations of traditional algorithmic approaches make it difficult to model the complexity of the dynamics that occur within organizations.And whenever processes are redefined or information is modified,the organization’s working model is affected and the existing social model is threatened.This study starts from the real needs of enterprises,theoretical analysis and design of Human-AI collaboration requirements,constructs a collaborative operation framework of Human-AI,proposes a set of analysis and design methods for AI assistants in organizations,and models each link of AI assistant design and analysis.human-AI,as a new organizational model,is very costly to verify in real enterprise operation For this purpose,we present organizational collaboration behaviors through virtual simulation to identify problems and perform optimization of AI assistant and collaboration processes in time.The main approach is to select several scenarios in real enterprises to map to the virtual simulation platform,design and analyze the Human-AI collaborative decision points in them,and design the Human-AI collaborative interaction with the help of the virtual simulation platform,including three aspects of virtual simulation AI assistant design examples,logical design of virtual simulation Human-AI collaborative operation and prototype design of Human-AI interaction.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Human-AI collaboration requirement analysis based on offline interaction behavior:The dilemma of organizational collaboration in the VUCA era is analyzed from the perspective of real enterprises,and the necessity of studying Human-AI collaboration based on organizational perspective is clarified.We provide the AI requirement analysis method and realize the application in real enterprises.Considering that it is difficult to track organizational collaboration behavior in real enterprises and conduct further research on it,this study builds a virtual simulation platform to restore the business process,present the characteristics of organizational collaboration behavior,and reconstruct the requirements of Human-AI collaboration.(2)Collaboration-oriented AI assistant design method: Based on the analysis of HumanAI collaboration process,the AI assistants are classified into data support AI,coordination AI and decision AI based on the business collaboration requirements and processing logic,and the three types of AI assistants are modeled separately,The effectiveness of the method is verified..(3)Optimized design of virtual imitation platform based on CNO organization operation:Based on CNO theory,we build Human-AI agile collaboration framework,bring AI assistant into the organization as a collaborative member,design the operation logic of virtual imitation Human-AI interaction,complete AI configuration simulation and continuously optimize the design scheme.Until it is close to the ideal state,it is embedded back into the real organization for practical application,which provides a reference method for studying Human-AI organizational collaboration.
