【摘要】 家庭农场作为农村新型农业经营主体的一种类型,在中国乡村产业振兴中起着关键带动作用。果园型家庭农场农产品改良更新果园型家庭农场农产品经营种类,能更好的适应市场,实现多渠道经营,救活荒废的果园型家庭农场,实现产业兴旺,乡村兴旺,实现更好的增强效益,提高农民收。论文以果园型家庭农场农产品改良效益提升为研究对象,以土地产权理论,资源整合理论、规模经济理论、空间扩散理论、资源互补理论,采用文献归纳法、定性分析法,个案分析法,比较分析法。基于家庭农场农产品改良效益提升,以自己经营了十二年的TY果园型家庭农场为例,用案列分析方法解释了通过农产品改良,可以解决TY果园型家庭农场所遇问题,使TY果园型家庭农场经营得到恢复,效益得到提升。论文分为六个部分,第一部分对论文研究背景、目的、意义等展开阐述,接着参考国内外文献,提出了论文的研究思路、方法、内容和创新之处。第二部分对研究的相关概念和理论基础进行进行具体简述。第三部分主要是对TY果园型家庭农场历程、现状、遇到的问题进行论述。第四部分以TY果园型家庭农场为例,对农产品做出具体改良措施及效益提升分析。第五部分提出相关的建议。第六部分研究的结论与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a type of new agricultural management entity in rural areas,family farms play a key driving role in the revitalization of rural industries in China.The improvement and updating of agricultural products on orchard type family farms can better adapt to the market,achieve multi-channel management,revive abandoned orchard type family farms,achieve industrial prosperity and rural prosperity,achieve better enhanced efficiency,and increase farmers’ income.The paper focuses on the improvement efficiency of agricultural products on orchard type family farms.It uses land property rights theory,resource integration theory,economies of scale theory,spatial diffusion theory,and resource complementarity theory.It adopts literature induction,qualitative analysis,case analysis,and comparative analysis methods.Based on the improvement of agricultural products in family farms,taking the TY orchard type family farm that has been in operation for twelve years as an example,the case analysis method is used to explain that through agricultural product improvement,the problems encountered in TY orchard type family farms can be solved,and the operation of TY orchard type family farms can be restored and the benefits can be improved.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part elaborates on the research background,purpose,significance,etc.Then,referring to domestic and foreign literature,the research ideas,methods,content,and innovations of the paper are proposed.The second part provides a specific overview of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the study.The third part mainly discusses the history,current situation,and problems encountered by TY orchard family farms.The fourth part takes TY orchard type family farm as an example to make specific improvement measures and benefit analysis for agricultural products.The fifth part proposes relevant suggestions.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of the research.更多还原
