【摘要】 山西素有“杂粮王国”的美誉,静乐县隶属“中国杂粮之都”山西省忻州市,其杂粮种植面积30余万亩,占忻州杂粮种植面积10%以上。发展杂粮产业是静乐县实现产业振兴的重要途径,具有重要的现实意义。本文以静乐县杂粮产业为研究对象,从杂粮产业发展的基础条件、种植概况、加工概况、销售概况等方面全面研究静乐县杂粮产业。运用比较优势分析方法,选取静乐县藜麦、薯类、甜糯玉米等7种主要杂粮作物进行比较优势分析,研究发现甜糯玉米和藜麦综合比较优势相对明显,整体来看呈现出不断上升的态势;薯类和莜麦综合比较优势较为明显,但整体来看呈现出逐渐下降的态势;谷子等杂粮作物并无比较优势。运用SWOT分析法,从静乐县杂粮产业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个方面系统研究了静乐县杂粮产业发展现状,总结了可供选择的战略方案。研究发现静乐县杂粮产业发展存在杂粮品种更新缓慢、缺乏精细化种植管理模式、种植基地和市场体系建设不足、产品结构不合理,缺乏利益联结机制、机械化程度较低,制约杂粮高质量发展等五个问题,通过原因分析,提出了重视种业技术研究,优化新品种选育、加强杂粮基地建设,发挥辐射带动作用、培育杂粮龙头企业,创建产业联合体、突出“特”“优”,打造名牌杂粮、加快全产业链建设,提高杂粮综合效益等几个方面的促进静乐县杂粮产业发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shanxi is known as the "kingdom of coarse grain".Jingle County belongs to Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province,the "capital of China".Its coarse grain planting area is more than 300,000 mu,accounting for more than 10% of the coarse grain planting area in Xinzhou.The development of coarse grain industry is an important way to achieve industrial revitalization in Jingle County,which has important practical significance.This paper takes the coarse grain industry of Jingle County as the research object,and comprehensively studies the coarse grain industry of Jingle County from the aspects of the basic conditions,planting,processing and sales profiles of the development of the coarse grain industry.Using the comparative advantage analysis method,select Jingle County quinoa,potato,sweet waxy corn and other 7main coarse grain crops for comparative advantage analysis,the research found that the sweet waxy corn and quinoa comprehensive comparative advantage is relatively obvious,the overall show a rising trend;potato and naked oats comprehensive comparative advantage is more obvious,but the overall view showed a gradual decline trend;millet and other coarse grain crops have no comparative advantage.Using SWOT analysis,we systematically studies the development status of the grain industry in Jingle County from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the grain industry in Jingle County,and summarizes the alternative strategic schemes.The research found that the development of coarse grain industry in Jingle County has a slow renewal of coarse grain varieties,lack of fine planting management mode,insufficient construction of planting base and market system,and unreasonable product structure,Lack of interest linkage mechanism,a low degree of mechanization,Five problems,including restricting the high-quality development of coarse grains,By the cause analysis,Put forward to value the seed industry technology research,Optimize the selection and breeding of new varieties and strengthen the construction of coarse grain bases,Give full play to the driving role of radiation and cultivate leading coarse grain enterprises,Create an industrial consortium,highlight the "special" and "excellent",Create a famous brand of coarse grain,Improve the comprehensive benefit of the grain in Jingle County to promote the development of the grain industry.更多还原
