居住区景观环境满意度评价及其优化策略研究

【摘要】 近几年,随着城市建设的快速发展,人们生活水平不断地提升,对自己所居住的生活环境的要求也随之变高。景观环境是居住区的重要组成部分,居民对景观环境的满意度可以反映出居住区的品质高低,对提高居住区景观环境品质有着重要意义。本文运用文献分析、实地调研、问卷调查以及咨询专家等多种方法对居住区景观环境满意度评价体系展开分析与研究。首先,从国内外研究现状和居住区景观环境的相关概念及相关理论入手。其次,从西安市经开区以不同建设年代和相关规范标准选取具有代表性的居住区,对其进行调研和分析。再次,以阐述评价指标的选取原则,根据相关理论标准、居民意见和咨询专家,对指标进行初步筛选,同时采用德尔菲法将指标进行反复的筛选和修正,最终确定7个准则层因子和25个指标层因子。接下来运用层次分析法建立层次结构模型、构建对比矩阵,通过专家对指标打分进行权重的赋值,最终构建了居住区景观环境满意度评价体系。然后,运用模糊综合评价法对西安市经开区具有代表性的8个居住区进行实证研究分析,得出居住区景观环境满意度评价结果由高到低排序为:恒大帝景(2.8523)、大明宫·逸居(2.8307)、锦园君逸(2.7115)、富丽园(2.5854)、鼎新花园(2.4725)、雅荷智能家园(2.2786)、百花园(2.2043)、西铁大明宫小区(2.1153),其中“不太满意”的居住区为西铁大明宫小区、百花园及雅荷智能家园,“基本满意”的居住区为恒大帝景、大明宫·逸居、锦园君逸、富丽园、鼎新花园,对各项满意度评价结果进行分析。最后,结合居住区景观环境优化原则,从植物景观、道路景观、场所景观、水景景观、小品景观、高视点景观及照明景观七个方面提出优化策略,使其可以为未来西安市居住区景观环境设计和已建成居住区景观环境的改善提供参考。
【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of urban construction,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the requirements for the living environment they live in have also become higher.Landscape environment is an important part of residential area,residents’ satisfaction with landscape environment can reflect the quality of residential area,which is of great significance to improve the quality of residential landscape environment.This paper uses literature analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and consulting experts to analyze and study the satisfaction evaluation system of residential landscape environment.Firstly,we start from the research status at home and abroad and the relevant concepts and theories of the landscape environment of residential areas.Secondly,representative residential areas were selected from the Economic Development Zone of Xi’an with different construction years and relevant norms and standards,and they were investigated and analyzed.Thirdly,the selection principle of evaluation indicators is expounded,and the indicators are preliminarily screened according to relevant theoretical standards,residents’ opinions and consulting experts,and then the Delphi method is used to repeatedly screen and revise the indicators,and finally 7 criterion layer factors and 25 index layer factors are determined.Next,the analytic hierarchy method is used to establish a hierarchical model,construct a comparison matrix,statistically calculate the index weights of experts,and finally establish a residential landscape environment satisfaction evaluation system.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to conduct empirical research and analysis on eight representative residential areas in the Economic Development Zone of Xi’an,and it was concluded that the evaluation results of the landscape environment satisfaction of the residential areas were sorted from high to low: Evergrande Emperor View(2.85),Daming Palace Yiju(2.83),Jinyuan Junyi(2.71),Fuli Garden(2.58),Dingxin Garden(2.47),Yahe Smart Home(2.28),Baihuayuan(2.20),and Xitie Daming Palace Community(2.12),among which "not very satisfactory" The residential areas are West Railway Daming Palace Community and Hundred Gardens;The "basically satisfied" residential areas are Evergrande Emperor View,Daming Palace Yiju,Jinyuan Junyi,Fuliyuan,Dingxin Garden and Yahe Smart Home.The results of various satisfaction evaluations are analyzed,and finally,combined with the principles of residential landscape environment design,an optimization strategy is proposed for the plant landscape,road landscape,place landscape,water landscape landscape,sketch landscape,lighting landscape and high viewpoint landscape of the residential area landscape environment,so that it can provide reference for the future landscape environment design of residential area and the improvement of the landscape environment of the completed residential area in Xi’an.
