【摘要】 供应链金融在解决供应链链条中中小企业融资难的问题时有着非常好的效果。因此供应链金融无论是在实体生产的产业链层面,还是在政策层面,都受到了极大的欢迎。传统的金融机构融资方式要求企业要有良好的资产作为抵押和优秀的财务报表来反映企业的经营情况。对于中小企业来讲,实力较弱,无法提供优质的固定资产作为抵押,同时由于经营规模不大,财务报表不够亮眼,因此中小企业以传统的方式向银行融资取得贷款非常困难。然而,供应链金融与传统授信不同,该新型融资方式是利用实体链条中核心企业的资信与核心企业上下游的中小企业与之交易的信息流、货物流、资金流等作为主要评估依据;以供应链链条中流通的商品自身的价值作为偿还贷款的主要资金来源;从而对供应链链条中的中小企业进行授信贷款的融资方式。本文就是以一家大型国有物流集团——JFWL集团作为供应链金融服务商为研究对象,着重阐述JFWL集团利用自身丰富的供应链金融服务经验,为中国西南地区的中小企业提供供应链金融服务的案例,给西南地区的物流企业发展供应链金融业务起到了很好的示范作用。本文通过对中国西南地区的历史发展机遇和战略位置进行分析,阐明供应链金融对中国西南地区发展的重要性。并对供应链、供应链金融,供应链金融的模式,发展现状进行分析。介绍了本文的研究方法,背景和意义。正文首先对JFWL集团的基本情况,主营业务进行陈述,并对JFWL集团供应链金融主要行业及其经典案例进行分析,得出JFWL供应链金融业务的开发策略。其次对中国西南地区的上市公司分布情况和产业进行分析,得出JFWL集团在西南地区拟进入的行业。结合JFWL集团在供应链金融业务中的经验和西南地区的业务需求,开发出了JFWL集团西南地区的供应链金融业务实施场景----Y项目。并对Y项目背景,需求,利益相关者的优劣势进行调研,设计了供应链金融解决方案和具体业务流程。针对Y项目设计了JFWL集团的盈利模式,并对可能出现的风险点进行分析和提出了解决方案,总结了Y项目对JFWL集团业务开拓的重要意义,为西南地区同类型的物流企业业务转型升级提供了参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply chain finance has a very good effect in solving the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain.Therefore,supply chain finance is very popular both in the industrial chain level of physical production and in the policy level.Traditional financial institutions require enterprises to have good assets as collateral and excellent financial statements to reflect the operation of enterprises.For small and medium-sized enterprises,their strength is weak and they cannot provide high-quality fixed assets as collateral.At the same time,due to the small scale of operation,the financial statements are not bright enough,Therefore,it is very difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain loans from banks in the traditional way.However,supply chain finance is different from the traditional credit.The new financing method uses the credit of the core enterprises in the entity chain and the information flow,goods logistics and capital flow of the transactions between the upstream and downstream SMEs of the core enterprises as the main evaluation basis;The value of the commodities circulating in the supply chain is the main source of funds to repay the loan;So as to the supply chain of small and medium-sized enterprises in the credit loan financing mode.This paper takes JFWL group,a large state-owned logistics group,as the research object,This paper focuses on the case of JFWL group providing supply chain financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises in Southwest China by using its rich supply chain financial service experience,which has played a good demonstration role in the development of supply chain financial business for logistics enterprises in Southwest China.This paper analyzes the historical development opportunities and strategic position of Southwest China,This paper expounds the importance of supply chain finance to the development of Southwest China.And financial supply chain,supply chain development.This paper introduces the research methods,background and significance.Firstly,the paper states the basic situation and main business of JFWL group,and analyzes the main industries of supply chain finance of jfwl group and its classic cases,The development strategy of JFWL supply chain financial business is obtained.Secondly,it analyzes the distribution of listed companies and industries in Southwest China,and concludes the industries JFWL Group intends to enter in the southwest.Combined with the experience of JFWL group in the supply chain finance business and the business demand in Southwest China,the implementation scenario of supply chain finance business in southwest region of JFWL group-Y project is developed.And the Y project background,demand,the advantages and disadvantages of stakeholders are investigated,and the supply chain financial solutions and specific business processes are designed.The profit model of JFWL group is designed for y project,and the possible risk points are analyzed and solutions are proposed.The significance of Y project to JFWL group business development is summarized,It provides a reference for the business transformation and upgrading of the same type of logistics enterprises in Southwest China.更多还原
