【摘要】 伴随着社会人口年龄结构的转变,传统的养老方式已不能满足时代的需求。在我国老龄化日趋严重的今天,社区养老作为一种新型的养老模式已经逐渐被老年群体接受。随着现代科技的飞速发展,移动应用、交互界面设计、视觉设计等领域都有了日新月异的变化。社区养老服务APP设计发挥出了越来越大的作用。但是,目前市场上大部分社区养老服务APP设计无法适应老年用户群体的特征,无法满足老年用户群体的需求。本研究以社区养老服务APP作为研究对象,探讨如何将自然交互技术融入到社区养老服务系统中,构建符合老年用户特征及需求的智能化社区养老服务APP。首先,在论文的第一、二章,笔者通过文献研究法、实地调研法、问卷调查法、统计学方法,对智能化社区养老服务的概念及发展现状进行考察并调研,分析总结老年用户的特征及需求。其次,在论文的第三章,对自然交互方式进行深入研究,结合上述研究结果提出自然交互对于老年用户体验的价值。最后,在论文的第四章,基于自然交互界面设计方法总结出社区养老服务APP设计策略,并将上述研究运用于实践,对实践结果进行了可用性测试。本研究为采用自然交互方式的社区养老服务APP设计提供思路与参考,同时为智能化社区养老服务体系的完善提供了可行方案,也拓宽了自然交互界面设计在以老年用户为目标群体的移动产品领域中的应用范围,使智能化社区养老服务朝着更加多元化的方向发展,同时也能够解决更多方面的养老问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the transformation of the age structure of the social population,traditional old-age care methods can no longer meet the needs of the times.As the aging of our country is becoming more and more serious today,community care as a new type of care model has been gradually accepted by the elderly.With the rapid development of modern technology,mobile applications,interactive interface design,visual design and other fields have undergone rapid changes.The design of community elderly care service APP has played an increasingly important role.However,most of the community elderly care service APP designs on the market currently cannot adapt to the characteristics of the elderly user group and cannot meet the needs of the elderly user group.This research takes the community elderly care service APP as the research object,discusses how to integrate natural interaction technology into the community elderly care service system,and build an intelligent community elderly care service APP that meets the characteristics and needs of elderly users.First of all,in the first and second chapters of the thesis,the author investigates and investigates the concept and development status of intelligent community elderly care services through literature research methods,field research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and statistical methods,and analyzes and summarizes the elderly users’Features and needs.Secondly,in the third chapter of the thesis,we conduct in-depth research on natural interaction methods,and put forward the value of natural interaction for the experience of elderly users based on the above research results.Finally,in the fourth chapter of the paper,based on the natural interactive interface design method,the design strategy of community elderly care service APP is summarized,and the above research is applied to practice,and the practical results are tested for usability.This research provides ideas and references for the design of community elderly care service APPs that adopt natural interaction methods.It also provides feasible solutions for the improvement of the intelligent community elderly care service system.It also broadens the design of natural interactive interface in mobile products targeting elderly users.The scope of application in the field enables the development of intelligent community elderly care services in a more diversified direction,while also being able to solve more aspects of elderly care issues.更多还原
