【摘要】 近年来,随着我国市场经济的不断深入发展,科技金融发展迅速。同时,科技金融将当今最为活跃的两大生产要素——科技与金融合理有机的结合起来,并逐步成为我国经济增长的引擎,中国科技凭借着自身独特的优势为中国产业结构转型做出了巨大贡献。金融又是在经济发展的生产、调节、扩大和再生产的各个环节中所必须的因素。但科技金融并非是两种体系的简单加法,它更是在一种动态协同背景下对不同体系一体化进程的总结。另外我国目前在第三产业转型上存在着科技的驱动力量薄弱的挑战,不仅需要科技的支持,更需要金融环境的支持。这对于有效整合金融资源,服务实体经济,促进第三产业更好的升级,有着重要的现实意义。基于此,本文的行文逻辑是:先对涉及科技金融的概念及相关的文献进行梳理,再探究科技金融与第三产业高级化之间的机理关系;然后根据我国的具体情况,选取代表性的指标变量进行测算,得出我国除西藏地区以外的30个省市科技金融发展指数,并进行排序分析;再次,通过实证分析,得出科技金融发展指数对我国第三产业升级的影响,这是本文的重点。本文选取2010-2019年除西藏地区以外的30个省市的科技金融发展指数为核心解释变量,通过运用面板门限回归模型进行分析,选取有效专利申请数、研发经费支出以及财政科技支出为三个门限变量,来实证分析科技金融是否对我国第三产业升级产生影响;最后,提出针对性的建议。研究发现:(1)省域层面上,我国科技金融的发展情况表现为全国东、中、西地域间的差异性较为显著。(2)财政经费支出和投入以及有效专利发明件数的产出之间正相关,但是地域上存在着分布不均的现象。(3)通过实证分析得出,在有效专利申请数、研发经费支出以及财政科技支出这三个门限变量的作用下,科技金融的发展能带动第三产业升级的进程。科技金融程度越高,对我国的第三产业转型升级的驱动力就越强。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous and in-depth development of China’s market economy,science and technology finance has developed rapidly.At the same time,science and technology finance rationally and organically combines the two most active factors of production--science and technology and finance,and gradually becomes the engine of China’s economic growth.China’s science and technology has made great contributions to the transformation of China’s industrial structure with its own unique advantages.Finance is in the economic development of the production,adjustment,expansion and reproduction of each link of the necessary factors.However,sci-tech finance is not a simple addition of two systems,but a summary of the integration process of different systems under the background of dynamic synergy.In addition,China’s current transformation of the tertiary industry is challenged by the weak driving force of science and technology,which not only needs the support of science and technology,but also needs the support of financial environment.This is of great practical significance for effectively integrating financial resources,serving the real economy and promoting the better upgrading of the tertiary industry.Based on this,the logic of this paper is as follows: firstly,the concept and relevant literature related to sci-tech finance are sorted out,and then the mechanism relationship between sci-tech finance and the upgrading of the tertiary industry is explored;Then according to the specific situation of our country,select representative indicator variables to calculate,get the 30 provinces and cities in China except Xizang area of science and technology finance development index,and the ranking analysis;Thirdly,through empirical analysis,the impact of technology and finance development index on the upgrading of China’s tertiary industry is obtained,which is the focus of this paper.This article selects 2010-2019,30 provinces and municipalities except Tibet region financial development index of science and technology as the core of the explanatory variables,using panel threshold regression model analysis,select effective number of patent applications,research and development spending and the fiscal expenditure for science and technology three threshold variable,to the empirical analysis of science and technology whether financial impact on upgrading of the third industry in China;Finally,put forward targeted suggestions.The results show that :(1)At the provincial level,the development of science and technology finance in China shows significant differences among the eastern,central and western regions of the country.(2)There is a positive correlation between the expenditure and input of financial expenditure and the output of the number of effective patented inventions,but the distribution is uneven in the region.(3)Through empirical analysis,it is concluded that the development of sci-tech finance can promote the upgrading process of the tertiary industry under the effect of the three threshold variables of the number of valid patent applications,R&D expenditure and fiscal expenditure on science and technology.The higher the degree of science and technology finance,the stronger the driving force for the transformation and upgrading of China’s tertiary industry.更多还原
