【摘要】 近年来我国海岛地区依托其特有的旅游资源,发展规模不断扩大,受到政府、社会及学术界的广泛关注。但由于海岛产业结构单一、产业发展不平衡等问题,部分海岛地区渔业经济进入发展怠倦期,因此充分发挥海岛旅游业的较强带动性,增强海洋渔业发展动力,以促进海岛产业良性互动发展,是保证海岛产业可持续发展的重要途径。基于此,本文以长海县为研究对象,以产业互动理论、共生理论、可持续发展理论和产业集群理论为基础,采用SPSS和Matlab2018b计量经济软件,运用耦合协调度和Logistic等模型,从耦合协调度、竞合发展测度两方面估算2008—2017年长海县两大产业的互动发展关系,以量化海洋渔业与旅游业的互动发展水平。并从产业融合角度提出两大产业发展机制,从而分析产业融合对长海县海岛旅游与海洋渔业发展的影响,以期为产业互动理论在渔业及旅游业领域的应用提供思路。研究结果表明:(1)长海县海洋渔业与旅游业之间存在积极的相互作用,其内部系统融合潜力大,外部推动力强;2008—2017年间,长海县旅游业发展速度较快,海洋渔业发展较为平缓,两产业长期处于高关联状态,耦合协调度呈上升趋势且已达到中级协调水平。(2)长海县海洋渔业与旅游业之间存在共生作用,在共生作用的影响下两大产业的共生环境容量高于独立发展时的最大环境容量。两大产业间长期存在非对称互惠共生的互动发展关系,并且旅游业对渔业的影响明显大于渔业对旅游业的影响。(3)长海县海洋渔业与旅游业满足融合发展条件。两大产业的融合,可促进两大产业良性互动发展,将有利于海洋渔业的转型发展,是促进长海县海岛旅游与海洋渔业发展的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,relying on its unique tourism resources,the island area of China has continuously expanded its development scale,and has attracted extensive attention from the government,society,and academia.However,due to issues such as the single industrial structure of the island and the uneven development of the industry,the marine fishery economy in some island areas has entered a period of sluggish development.Therefore,the strong driving force of the island tourism industry has been fully exerted,and the marine fishery development momentum has been enhanced to promote the benign industry of the island Interactive development is an important way to ensure the sustainable development of the island industry.The article takes Changhai County as the research object,based on industrial interaction theory,symbiosis theory,sustainable development theory and industrial cluster theory,adopts SPSS and Matlab2018b econometric software,and uses models such as coupling coordination degree and Logistic.The two sides estimate the interactive development relationship between the two major industries in Changhai County from 2008 to 2017 in order to quantify the interactive development level of marine fisheries and tourism.And from the perspective of industrial integration,industrial development mechanisms is proposed to analyze the impact of industrial integration on the development of island tourism and marine fisheries in Changhai County,with a view to providing ideas for the application of industrial interaction theory in the field of fisheries and tourism.Research indicates:(1)There is a positive interaction between marine fisheries and tourism in Changhai County.The internal system has great potential for integration and strong external driving force;from 2008 to 2017,the development of tourism in Changhai County is relatively fast,and the development of marine fishery is relatively flat.The two industries have been in a state of high correlation for a long time,the degree of integration has shown an upward trend and has reached an intermediate level of coordination.(2)There is a symbiosis between marine fishery and tourism in Changhai County.Under the influence of the symbiosis,the symbiotic environmental capacity of the two industries is higher than the maximum environmental capacity during independent development.There has been a long-term interactive development relationship of asymmetric mutualism between the two major industries,and the impact of tourism on fisheries is significantly greater than the impact of fisheries on tourism.(3)Marine fishery and tourism in Changhai County meet the conditions for integrated development.The integration of the two major industries can promote the benign interactive development of the two major industries and will be beneficial to the transformation and development of marine fisheries.It is an effective way to promote the development of island tourism and marine fisheries in Changhai County.更多还原
