【摘要】 目的 观察一次正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效以及对肌电图的影响,为治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供一种方便有效的治疗方法,为进一步探讨腰椎间盘突出症的发病以及一次正骨推拿的疗效评价提供依据。方法 选取符合试验的60例腰椎间盘突出症住院患者,随机分为两组,其中一组为常规推拿对照组,另一组为一次正骨推拿治疗组,每组30例。两组治疗一个疗程,一个疗程为7天。治疗前后分别进行JOA评分,并检测相关肌肉组织肌电图变化,记录观察不同治疗方法对于患者的疗效。结果 治疗前治疗组与对照组患者的JOA评分以及肌电图检测结果比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明两组具有可比性。治疗后两组患者的JOA评分与同组相比较均有明显差异(P<0.01),两组间患者的JOA评分比较具有差异性(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者的肌电图检测结果同组比较治疗前都有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组肌电图组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经过对两组患者治疗前后疗效的统计学分析,两种治疗方法都可有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能够消除或改善患者症状,一次正骨推拿的疗效要优于常规推拿。两组患者治疗后肌电图检测结果均得到改善,其中一次正骨推拿方法对于肌电图的改善更加显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with one bone setting massage and its effect on EMG,to provide basis for further treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and to explore its pathogenesis,and to provide an effective non-surgical treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,group 1 was the routine massage control group,group 2 was the one-time bone setting massage treatment group,30 patients in each group.The two groups received one course of treatment,which lasted for 7 days.JOA score was given before and after treatment,and changes in electromyography of related muscle tissue were detected.The efficacy of different treatment methods for patients was recorded and observed.Results JOA score and EMG test results of patients in the treatment group and the control group before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.The two groups after treatment JOA compared with the same group have the significant difference(P < 0.01),JOA scores of patients in the two groups were different(P <0.05).The two groups after treatment EMG before the treatment had significant difference(P < 0.01),there were statistically significant differences between the two EMG groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After two groups of patients treatment effect of statistical analysis,both methods are effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and can eliminate or improve the symptoms of patients.The curative effect of one time bone setting massage group is better than that of common massage group.更多还原
