能力本位教育(CBE)视域下的中职导游服务专业技能课教学改革研究

【摘要】 随着社会进步、旅游业高质量发展,旅游业对从业人员的综合素质要求逐渐提升。中等职业教育作为构建现代职业教育体系的基础环节,承担着培养应用型人才的重要任务。经调研发现目前中职导游服务专业在技能课教学中存在课程设置不合理、师资队伍不完善、校企合作形式化、教学效果不理想等问题,培养出来的学生现有能力水平难以达到用人单位标准,因此亟需对中职导游服务专业技能课教学现状及学生职业能力提升问题进行深入研究。本文以中等职业学校导游服务专业技能课为研究对象,以建构主义学习理论、布鲁姆学习理论、实用主义理论为指导。首先通过访谈法、问卷调查法等方法客观分析目前中职导游服务专业技能课存在的问题,并深入剖析原因。其次,调研中职学校合作的旅游企业,了解旅游行业人才需求及能力要求。在此基础上,依据能力本位教育(CBE)模式特点、实施流程,结合我国国情、中职教学现状,提出“人才需求分析、职业能力分析、教学对象分析、课程体系构建、课程资料准备、教学设计实施、教学评价实施”七步教学流程,并针对中职导游服务专业技能课核心课程《导游实务》进行个案应用设计。最后,运用教育实验法在实际教学中进行检验,确定该模式下设计的七步教学流程对提升学生职业能力、职业素养等方面存在积极作用,并以此提出中职导游服务专业技能课改革路径。本文通过对中职导游服务专业技能课教学实施流程进行修改和完善,希望可以提高中职专业技能课教学效率,提高技能型人才培养质量,满足导游行业人才需求。

【Abstract】 With the social progress and high-quality development of tourism,the comprehensive quality requirements of the tourism industry for employees have gradually improved.As the basic link of building a modern vocational education system,secondary vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating application-oriented talents.After investigation,it was found that the current teaching status of the professional skills course of the secondary vocational tour guide service has problems such as unreasonable curriculum setting,imperfect teaching team,formal school enterprise cooperation,and unsatisfactory teaching effect,and the existing ability level of the cultivated students is difficult to meet the standards of employers,so it is urgent to conduct in-depth research on the teaching status of the professional skills course of the middle vocational tour guide service and the improvement of students’ vocational ability.This paper takes the professional skills course of tour guide service in secondary vocational schools as the research object,and is guided by constructivist learning theory,Bloom learning theory,and pragmatic theory.Firstly,the problems existing in the professional skills course of middle-level tour guide service were objectively analyzed through interview method and questionnaire survey method,and the reasons were analyzed in depth.Secondly,we will investigate the tourism enterprises cooperated by secondary vocational schools to understand the talent needs and ability requirements of the tourism industry.On this basis,according to the characteristics and implementation process of the competency based education(CBE)model,combined with China’s national conditions and the current situation of secondary vocational teaching,a seven-step teaching process of "talent demand analysis,vocational ability analysis,teaching object analysis,curriculum system construction,course data preparation,teaching design implementation,and teaching evaluation implementation" is proposed,and a case application design is carried out for the core course "Tour Guide Practice" of the professional skills course of secondary vocational tour guide service.Finally,the educational experimental method is used to test in the actual teaching,and it is determined that the seven-step teaching process designed under this mode has a positive effect on improving students’ vocational ability and professional quality,and the reform path of the professional skills course of middle-level tour guide service is proposed.By revising and improving the teaching implementation process of the professional skills course of middle-level tour guide service,this paper hopes to improve the teaching efficiency of the middle-vocational professional skills course,improve the quality of skilled talent training,and meet the talent needs of the tour guide industry.
