A公司烧结砖生产车间布局优化研究

【摘要】 农村特色小镇建设以及城镇住房建设的建筑需求持续增长,为烧结砖材料的发展提供了广阔的市场空间。但是随着市场竞争愈加激烈,这些制砖企业也面临着巨大的挑战。据中国砖瓦工业协会的不完全统计,目前的烧结砖生产企业已经有35000多家。为了在激烈的竞争中占据更多的市场份额,许多企业选择引进新设备、改革生产技术等方法来降低生产成本。但是除此之外,通过系统布局优化降低搬运成本也是非常有效的降低生产成本的方式,应该引起企业重视。因此以A公司的烧结砖车间为研究对象,首先分析A公司车间布局所存在的问题以及问题产生的原因。然后通过系统布置设计方法(SLP)进行分析并结合实际情况制定两种初步车间布局优化方案。接着在此基础上构建目标函数、设置约束条件,并通过人工蜂群算法求解得出最终车间布局方案。然后对所有方案对比发现最终布局方案更加合理和优越。最后对最终布局方案进行方案实施可行性分析,并提出保障措施。主要研究结论如下:(1)分析A公司车间布局存在的问题及原因。通过实地调研,对A公司车间以及车间布局现状进行分析,发现A公司存在生产需求与布局现状不匹配、运输路线迂回且等待时间长、综合值高的单位对距离远、现场管理混乱等问题,问题产生的原因是车间布局位置与面积不合理且管理者缺乏系统布局和管理经验。(2)提出基于SLP方法的初始车间布局优化方案。通过SLP分析并结合车间具体情况设计出两种初始车间布局方案,对比发现布局效果比公司原始布局效果好。(3)构建基于人工蜂群算法进一步求解的双目标车间布局优化模型。根据公司目标构建搬运成本最小和面积利用率最大的双目标函数,并设置约束条件通过人工蜂群算法求解出最终布局方案。对比发现搬运成本降低54.6%,面积利用率提升26.6%。通过两次优化得到的方案取得良好的效果,为之后其他类似的企业进行布局优化提供良好的借鉴和参考。该论文有图21幅,表28个,参考文献82篇。
【Abstract】 The continuous growth in demand for rural characteristic towns and urban housing construction has provided a broad market space for the development of sintered brick materials.However,as market competition becomes increasingly fierce,these brick making enterprises are also facing huge challenges.According to incomplete statistics from the China Brick and Tile Industry Association,there are currently over 35000 sintered brick production enterprises.In order to occupy more market share in fierce competition,many enterprises choose to introduce new equipment,reform production technology,and other methods to reduce production costs.However,in addition,optimizing the system layout to reduce transportation costs is also a very effective way to reduce production costs,which should be taken seriously by enterprises.Therefore,taking the sintered brick workshop of Company A as the research object,first analyze the problems in the layout of Company A’s workshop and the reasons for the problems.Then,the system layout design method(SLP)is used to analyze and develop two preliminary workshop layout optimization plans based on the actual situation.Then,based on this,an objective function is constructed,constraint conditions are set,and the final workshop layout plan is obtained through artificial bee colony algorithm.Then,by comparing all the schemes,it was found that the final layout scheme was more reasonable and superior.Finally,conduct a feasibility analysis of the final layout plan implementation and propose safeguard measures.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the problems and causes of workshop layout in Company A.Through on-site research and analysis of the workshop and layout status of Company A,it was found that Company A has problems such as mismatched production demand and layout status,circuitous transportation routes and long waiting times,high comprehensive value units with long distances,and chaotic on-site management.The reasons for the problems are that the workshop layout location and area are unreasonable,and managers lack systematic layout and management experience.(2)Propose an initial workshop layout optimization plan based on the SLP method.Through SLP analysis and combining with the specific situation of the workshop,two initial workshop layout plans were designed,and it was found that the layout effect was better than the company’s original layout.(3)Construct a dual objective workshop layout optimization model based on artificial bee colony algorithm for further solving.Construct a dual objective function with the minimum handling cost and the maximum area utilization rate based on the company’s goals,and set constraints to solve the final layout plan through artificial bee colony algorithm.By comparison,it was found that the transportation cost decreased by 54.6% and the area utilization rate increased by 26.6%.The solution obtained through two optimizations has achieved good results,providing a good reference and reference for other similar enterprises to optimize their layout in the future.The thesis has 21 figures,28 tables,and 82 references.
