【摘要】 自2019年末疫情的爆发,国内外大部分行业均受到了强烈的冲击,纺织服装行业表现尤为明显,纺织服装行业中的上下游企业亦受到了不同程度的影响。各大服装零售品牌的线下销售门店大范围关闭,企业通过变卖资产回笼资金的事件频发,纺织服装行业的财务风险问题受到广泛关注,但纺织制造企业的作为零售品牌的上游企业,其日渐凸显的财务风险问题却未得到应有的关注和研究。纺织制造企业的伴随着互联网的广泛应用而进入工业转型的关键节点,订单量的急剧减少对于纺织制造行业更是致命的打击,纺织制造作为我国的传统支柱产业,应当加大对其财务风险及控制研究的力度。因此本文选取中国色纺龙头企业HFSS股份有限公司作为的研究对象,识别及评价其财务风险并提出控制建议。本文首先在梳理了财务风险相关文献的基础上,对财务风险、财务风险识别、财务风险评价、财务风险控制的概念进行了阐述,介绍了熵值法与功效系数法以及选其作为评价方法的原因;其次从HFSS公司的实际状况以其近五年的财务状况出发,从筹资、投资、营运和现金流量四个风险类别初步识别可能存在的财务风险;再利用熵值法和功效系数法计算得出财务风险的评价结果,以此分析挖掘HFSS公司在财务风险上存在的问题,最后针对财务风险问题对应提出控制建议。研究结果表明,HFSS公司的总体财务风险水平较高,且短期内无明显好转的趋势,针对四类财务风险反映出的不同问题,本文提出建立筹资安排小组并调整筹资方案、减缓海外投资速度、探索新的销售模式、加强成本管控及产品创新、建立现金流量预警系统等建议。HFSS公司作为纺织制造的领军企业,产品技术和管理能力领先于同行业企业,其面临的财务风险一定程度上代表了所属行业,期望通过对HFSS公司财务风险的研究,帮助其他纺织制造企业及时发现财务问题并改善经营情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the outbreak of the epidemic at the end of 2019,most industries at home and abroad have been strongly impacted,especially the textile and garment industry,and the upstream and downstream enterprises in the textile and garment industry have also been affected to varying degrees.Offline sales stores of major clothing retail brands have been closed to a large extent,and enterprises have frequently recovered funds by selling assets.The financial risks of the textile and apparel industry have attracted wide attention,but the increasingly prominent financial risks of textile manufacturing enterprises,as upstream enterprises of retail brands,have not received due attention and research.With the extensive application of the Internet,textile manufacturing enterprises have entered the key node of industrial transformation.The sharp reduction of order volume is a fatal blow to the textile manufacturing industry.Textile manufacturing,as the traditional pillar industry of our country,should increase the intensity of its financial risk and control research.Therefore,this paper chooses HFSS as the research object,identifies and evaluates its financial risks and puts forward control suggestions.First of all,on the basis of combing the literature related to financial risk,this paper expounds the concepts of financial risk,financial risk identification,financial risk evaluation and financial risk control,introduces the entropy method and efficiency coefficient method and the reasons why they are selected as evaluation methods.Secondly,based on the actual situation of HFSS and its financial status in the past five years,the possible financial risks are preliminarily identified from four risk categories of financing,investment,operation and cash flow.By using entropy method and efficacy coefficient method to calculate the evaluation results of financial risk,this paper analyzes and excavates the problems existing in the financial risk of HFSS,and finally puts forward corresponding control suggestions for the financial risk problems.The research results show that the overall financial risk level of HFSS is relatively high,and there is no obvious improvement trend in the short term.In view of the different problems reflected in the four types of financial risks,this paper proposes to establish a financing arrangement group and adjust the financing plan,slow down the speed of overseas investment,explore a new sales model,strengthen cost control and product innovation,establish a cash flow warning system and other suggestions.HFSS is a leading enterprise in textile manufacturing.Its product technology and management ability are ahead of other enterprises in the same industry.The financial risks it faces represent its industry to some extent.更多还原
