【摘要】 党内政治文化,是中国共产党政治生活的灵魂。党内政治文化建设,是党的政治建设的核心内容,对党内政治生态建设具有重要支撑作用。要确保中国共产党始终站在时代发展前列,要确保中国共产党自身建设坚强有力,不仅要加强党政治建设、思想建设、政治建设、作风建设、制度建设,而且要从深层次上加强党内政治文化建设。加强党内政治文化建设的研究,不仅是提升党的建设科学化水平的必然要求,更是建设先进的、健康的、富有生机活力的党内政治文化,彰显党的文化立场、文化追求和党性要求,引导党员干部坚定文化自信的内在要求。新时代党内政治文化建设内涵丰富、外延广阔,其核心内容主要表现为以马克思主义理论为旗帜,以党的创新理论成果为引领,以推进党内政治生态建设为指向,围绕强化政治意识、坚定政治理想、严肃政治生活、提高政治能力、净化政治生态、夯实政治阵地等方面展开。党的十八大以来,党内政治文化建设在理论探索和实践发展上均取得了重大的成就。但在百年未有之大变局的复杂因素影响下,党内政治文化建设依然面临严重挑战:如少数党员在腐朽文化的侵蚀与权利本位的侵扰,以及西方文化渗透与市场原则的渗染下,政治意识淡漠与初心使命的淡忘,政治纪律虚化和规矩意识的弱化,致使少数党员在理想信念、宗旨意识、价值观念和党性修养等方面出现了不同的问题。针对党内政治文化建设面临的问题及其归因,在建设社会主义现代化强国的第二个百年奋斗新征程上,党内政治文化必须从政治意识、政治理想、政治生活、政治能力、政治生态、政治阵地等方面下功夫。一是以马克思主义为指导,树牢政治意识;二是以核心价值观为引领,坚定政治理想;三是以党章和党规为遵循,严肃政治生活;四是以党性的熔铸为抓手,提升政治能力;五是以抓关键少数为突破,净化政治生态;六是以创新的载体为支撑,夯实政治阵地。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inner party political culture is the soul of the political life of the Communist Party of China.The construction of Inner-Party Political Culture is the core content of the party’s political construction and plays an important supporting role in the construction of Inner-Party Political Ecology.To ensure that the Communist Party of China always stands in the forefront of the development of the times,and to ensure that its own construction is strong and powerful,we should not only strengthen the party’s political construction,ideological construction,political construction,style construction and system construction,but also strengthen the party’s political and cultural construction at a deep level.Strengthening the research on the construction of Inner-Party Political Culture is not only an inevitable requirement to improve the scientific level of Party building,but also an internal requirement to build an advanced,healthy and vibrant Inner-Party Political Culture,highlight the party’s cultural position,cultural pursuit and party spirit requirements,and guide Party members and cadres to strengthen their cultural confidence.The construction of Inner-Party Political Culture in the new era has rich connotation and broad extension.Its core content is mainly reflected in the following aspects: taking Marxist theory as the banner,taking the party’s innovative theoretical achievements as the guide,and promoting the construction of Inner-Party Political Ecology as the direction,focusing on strengthening political awareness,strengthening political governance,serious political life,improving political ability,purifying political ecology,and consolidating political positions.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of Inner-Party Political culture has made great achievements in theoretical exploration and practical development.However,under the influence of complex factors that have not changed in a century,the construction of Inner-Party Political culture still faces serious challenges: for example,under the erosion of decadent culture and the intrusion of right standard,as well as the infiltration of western culture and market principles,a small number of Party members’ apathy of political consciousness and forgetting of their original mission,the weakening of political discipline and rule consciousness,resulting in a small number of Party members’ awareness of ideals,beliefs,purposes There are different problems in values and party spirit cultivation.In view of the problems faced by the construction of Inner-Party Political Culture and its attribution,on the new journey of building a powerful socialist country in the second century,inner-party political culture must work hard from the aspects of political consciousness,political ideal,political life,political ability,political ecology,political position,etc.First,we should take Marxism as the guide to build up political consciousness;Second,take the core values as the guide,and strengthen the political ideal;Third,we should abide by the party constitution and rules and take political life seriously;Fourth,we should improve our political ability through the melting of the party spirit;Fifthly,to purify the political ecology by grasping the key minority;Sixth,consolidate the political position supported by the carrier of innovation.更多还原
