成都市天府新区街道绿化品质综合评价与提升设计

Comprehensive Evaluation and Improvement Design of Street Greening Quality in Tianfu New District of Chengdu

【摘要】 随着公园城市建设理念的提出和评价标准的确立,城市环境品质的提升受到重视,而街道作为城市环境的重要组成部分,其绿化品质的评价与提升也成为重中之重。早期街道绿化品质研究多以主观评价为主,后随着科学技术的不断进步,绿化覆盖率、绿视率也逐步成为评价街道绿化品质的重要指标,它们从不同维度描述了街道绿化品质的多项特征,但单一的某个指标评价并不能满足公园城市建设对街道绿化品质的高要求。因此,本文综合多个维度评价指标,采用AHP层次分析法,构建公园城市街道绿化品质综合评价体系,以成都市天府新区街道绿化为研究对象,依据卫星遥感地图、街景图片等,采用遥感解译、图片语义分割、问卷调查等方法,从宏观遥感、微观街景、主观感知三个维度对天府新区街道绿化品质进行定性和定量相结合的评价,并将评价结果划分成5个等级进行详细分析。具体研究结论如下:(1)构建出了天府新区街道绿化品质综合评价模型。其中包括3个准则层:宏观遥感维度、微观街景维度、主观感知维度,9个指标层绿化覆盖率、绿视率、绿化种类等,并计算出了相应权重值。(2)对天府新区街道绿化进行不同维度评价,并利用Arc GIS和Yaahp对数据结果进行可视化和相关性分析。天府新区街道绿化覆盖率、绿视率、主观评价分值,各自在整体分布、不同行政区划分布、不同街道等级分布上存在着一定的差异性;且数据显示绿化覆盖率、绿视率和主观评价三者间存在显著相关性,呈现出0.01水平的显著性。(3)将三个维度数据评价数据代入街道绿化综合评价模型。天府新区街道绿化综合评价中绿化品质处于非常低、较低、一般、较高和非常高的街道条数分别为:33条、209条、396条、142条、0条。从行政区划看,各个片区的街道绿化综合品质万安街道>正兴街道>兴隆街道>华阳街道,不同等级街道绿化综合品质支路>次干路>快速路>主干路。(4)最终本文对处于非常低水平的33条街道和处于较低水平的209条街道的绿化进行深入调查,研究发现其中的典型问题,并针对性地提出了改造提升策略,对部分街道绿化做出改造提升设计。

【Abstract】 With the proposal of the concept of park city construction and the establishment of evaluation standards,attention has been paid to the improvement of urban environmental quality.As an important part of the urban environment,the evaluation and improvement of the green quality of the street has become the priority among priorities.Early studies on street greening quality mainly focused on subjective evaluation.Later,with the continuous progress of science and technology,green coverage rate and green vision rate have gradually become important indicators to evaluate street greening quality.They describe multiple characteristics of street greening quality from different dimensions,but a single index cannot comprehensively evaluate the real level of street greening quality.Therefore,in this paper,multiple dimensional evaluation indexes are integrated and AHP is adopted to build a comprehensive evaluation system for street greening quality.Taking street greening in Tianfu New District of Chengdu as the research object,remote sensing interpretation,image semantic segmentation,questionnaire survey and other methods are adopted according to satellite remote sensing maps and street images.The street greening quality of Tianfu New District was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively from three dimensions: macro remote sensing,micro street view and subjective perception,and the evaluation results were divided into five levels for detailed analysis.Specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)The comprehensive evaluation model of street greening quality in Tianfu New District was established.It includes three criterion layers: macro remote sensing dimension,micro street view dimension,subjective perception dimension,nine index layers green coverage rate,green vision rate,green species,etc.,and calculates the corresponding weight value.(2)Street greening in Tianfu New District was evaluated in different dimensions,and Arc GIS and Yaahp were used to visualize and analyze the correlation of data results.In Tianfu New District,the street green coverage rate,green vision rate and subjective evaluation score are different in the overall distribution,the distribution of different administrative divisions and the distribution of different street levels.And the data showed that there was a significant correlation among green coverage rate,green vision rate and subjective evaluation,showing a significance level of 0.01.(3)The evaluation data of the three dimensions were substituted into the comprehensive evaluation model of street greening.In the comprehensive evaluation of street greening in Tianfu New District,the number of streets with very low,low,average,high and very high greening quality were 33,209,396,142 and 0,respectively.From the perspective of administrative division,the comprehensive quality of street greening in each area is Wan ’an Street > Zhengxing Street > Xinglong Street > Huayang Street,and the comprehensive quality of street greening of different levels is branch road > secondary trunk road > express road > main road.(4)Finally,this paper conducted an in-depth investigation on the greening of 33 streets at a very low level and 209 streets at a low level,found typical problems,and put forward targeted transformation and improvement strategies,and made transformation and improvement designs for some street greening.
