【摘要】 本学位论文为一篇科技翻译实践报告。翻译材料是译者根据学校“电子信息”办学特色和本专业需求选取的关于电子封装行业的科技英语文本,该文本选自Springer出版社2019年出版的Heterogeneous Integrations(《异构集成》)的第一章,作者是John H.Lau。此书是异构集成封装领域的经典著作,详细介绍了异构集成关键技术的现状和应用等相关内容。节选内容为异构集成技术的概述,涉及大量专业术语。译者以此文本的汉译为例,结合翻译过程中出现的一些典型问题,从词汇和句法两个层面探讨目的论对科技文本翻译实践的指导意义。在词汇层面上,译者采用直译法、意译法、加注法等翻译方法,对原文中的专业术语、缩略语等进行翻译研究;在句法层面上,受英汉两种语言在句子结构上的差异影响,译者采用多种灵活的翻译策略和方法对被动句和长难句进行句式重构。在此次翻译实践中,本文甄选了具体实例和对应的翻译策略,从目的语读者的需求出发,遵循目的论的目的原则、连贯原则和忠实原则,结合译者所发现的改进方向,作了认真的修订,使译文更加符合汉语读者的阅读习惯,从而实现本文的翻译目的。希望本报告对今后此类科技英语翻译实践提供一些参考与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The degree thesis is a report of technical translation practice.The translation materials are scientific English texts related to the electronic packaging industry selected by the translator based on the specialized cultivation scheme of the Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI)program and the distinctive characteristics of Guilin University of Electronic Technology(GUET).The materials were excerpted from the first chapter of Heterogeneous Integrations written by John H.Lau,and published by Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.in 2019.Heterogeneous Integrations is a classic work in the field of heterogeneous integrated packaging.The book provides detailed insights into the development,applications and trends in key enabling technologies of heterogeneous integrations.The excerpts primarily cover the overview of heterogeneous integrations,which involve numerous technical terms.Taking the Chinese translation of the excerpts as an example and combining with some typical problems encountered in the translation process,this translation report expounds on the guiding significance of Skopos Theory in technical text translation at both the lexical and syntactic levels.At the lexical level,literal translation,free translation,and annotation were adopted in the translation of words such as technical terms and initialisms.At the syntactic level,various flexible translation strategies were used to reconstruct passive sentences and long sentences,taking into account the structural differences between English and Chinese.In this technical translation practice,specific cases and corresponding translation strategies were selected based on the needs of the target language readers,demonstrating the applicability of the rules of skopos,coherence and fidelity in Skopos Theory.In conjunction with the improvement direction identified by the translator,the translation has been meticulously revised to better align with the reading habits of Chinese readers,thus achieving the intended purpose of this translation report.The translator hopes that this report could provide some implications and reference for future technical English translation practices.更多还原
