基于自建3D引擎的车间级数字孪生系统开发平台研究

【摘要】 为了满足未来越来越多的车间级数字孪生系统的开发需求,论文提出了一种基于自建3D引擎的车间级数字孪生系统开发平台,分别对其中的车间级数字孪生系统、3D引擎、集成开发环境、车间级数据采集与传输系统进行了研究,并针对某特殊用途包覆车间的数字孪生系统的生成进行了相关设计。论文主要完成研究工作如下:(1)提出了基于自建3D引擎的开发平台模型,并基于领域驱动设计的开发原则,设计了开发平台软件架构,然后对开发平台涉及的关键技术进行了简要说明。(2)建立了支持3D可视化的车间级数字孪生系统模型和基于DEVS的虚拟车间行为模型,设计了3D引擎架构,完成了3D引擎中的3D场景快速生成器的设计。(3)设计了集成开发环境架构,并完成了其中的一个核心模块——Web UI设计器的设计。(4)针对某特殊用途包覆车间,设计了一种车间级数据采集与传输系统架构,基于这个架构,设计并调试了无线通信采集系统硬件,完成了基于OPC UA协议与MQTT协议的数据采集系统的设计,设计了支持断点续传的数据传输系统。(5)以某包覆车间为例,建立了它的离散系统模型和连续系统模型。随后,利用所设计的开发平台快速生成了该包覆车间的数字孪生系统,并完成了部署和测试。经过对各部分内容的测试,所设计的基于自建3D引擎的车间级数字孪生系统开发平台实现了预期的功能,证明该方案正确可行,具有一定的应用价值和参考意义。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the development needs of more and more workshop-level digital twin systems in the future,this paper proposes a development platform for workshop-level digital twin system based on self-built 3D engine,in which the workshop-level digital twin system,3D engine,integrated development environment,and workshop-level data acquisition and transmission system are studied in detail.In addition,a related design is carried out for the generation of digital twin system for a special-purpose coating workshop.The main research work of the paper is as follows:(1)A development platform model based on a self-built 3D engine is proposed.Based on the development principle of domain-driven design,the software architecture of the development platform is designed.Then the key technologies involved in the development platform are briefly explained.(2)A workshop-level digital twin system model that supports 3D visualization and a virtual workshop behavior model based on DEVS are established.The 3D engine architecture is designed,and the design of the 3D scene rapid generator in the 3D engine is implemented.(3)The integrated development environment architecture is designed,and one of its core modules,the Web UI designer,is successfully designed.(4)A workshop-level data acquisition and transmission architecture for a special-purpose coating workshop is designed.Based on this architecture,a wireless communication acquisition system hardware is designed and debugged,and a data acquisition system based on the OPC UA and MQTT protocols is designed.A data transmission system that supports resumable transmission is also designed.(5)Taking a coating workshop as an example,its discrete system model and continuous system model are established.Subsequently,The coating workshop’s digital twin system is quickly generated with the designed development platform,and the deployment and testing are implemented.After testing the content of each part,the designed development platform for workshoplevel digital twin system based on self-built 3D engine realized the expected function,which proves that the solution is correct and feasible,and has certain application value and reference significance.
