【摘要】 实现乡村振兴,解决农业农村发展基础薄弱的实际问题,人才资源要素是不可忽视的短板。大学生返乡创业扶持政策,在即将到来的农业大发展和农村大变化格局中,无疑是最不能忽视的助力因素。乡村振兴战略背景下,通过积极的创业扶持政策,鼓励和吸引大学生返乡创业,让返乡大学生成为新农村建设的主体,促进农业农村发展的重要角色,对于破解农村发展障碍,有效解决“三农”问题,全面推进乡村振兴均具有重要意义。展开湖南省大学生返乡创业扶持政策满意度及影响因素研究,有助于丰富大学生返乡创业扶持政策的相关研究,并对大学生返乡创业扶持政策的完善及优化在一定程度上是有意义的探索。研究过程中,本文首先梳理和分析了国家层面以及湖南省相关的大学生返乡创业扶持政策,其次分别从政策供给面和环境面,测量了该区域返乡创业大学生对现行的创业扶持政策的满意度情况,进而通过SPSS统计分析软件对创业扶持政策满意度影响因素展开多元回归模型分析,而后分别从政策因素、环境因素、受众群体、执行机构以及控制变量等方面对政策满意度影响程度影响分析,最后结合实证分析结果,提出相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to achieve rural revitalization and solve the practical problem of the weak foundation for agricultural and rural development,human resources are the shortcoming that cannot be ignored.The policy of supporting college students to return home and start their own businesses is undoubtedly the most important factor in the coming agricultural development and rural changes.Strategy of rejuvenating rural background,through positive entrepreneurship support policies,encourage and attract college students returning home business,let the home university students as the main body of new countryside construction,the important role to promote the development of agriculture and rural areas,to break rural development obstacle,effectively solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",promoting rural revitalization is of great significance.The research on the satisfaction and influencing factors of the policy for college students to return home and start their own businesses in Hunan Province is helpful to enrich the relevant research on the policy for college students to return home and start their own businesses,and it is a meaningful exploration to improve and optimize the policy for college students to return home and start their own businesses.In the process of research,this paper firstly sorts out and analyzes the relevant supporting policies of college students returning home to start their own businesses at the national level and in Hunan Province.Secondly,it measures the degree of satisfaction of college students returning home to start their own businesses to the current supporting policies from the policy supply side and the environment side respectively.And through the SPSS statistical analysis software on entrepreneurship support policy satisfaction factors on multivariate regression model analysis,and then separately from the policy factors,environmental factors,audience,actuator and control variables of policy satisfaction extent of the impact analysis,finally combining the empirical analysis result,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.更多还原
