【摘要】 创新创业教育应服务于国家重大战略需要,在专业教育基础上,重点聚焦学生创新意识、能力和精神的培育。高等院校具备人才培养的重要职能,是培养创新创业的主力军。在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,“双一流”农林高校更应培养高质量人才助力乡村振兴。创新创业教育是全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化的主要支撑,因此研究“双一流”农林高校的创新创业教育具有很强的现实意义。三螺旋理论强调政府、高校、企业三者之间的良性互动关系,与创新创业教育具有一定的耦合性。鉴于此,本文以“双一流”农林高校为研究对象,以三螺旋理论为基础,采用定量分析法与案例分析法等,对“双一流”农林高校创新创业教育的现状及困境进行深入研究。首先,以三所“双一流”农林高校为例,使用SPSS等软件对获取的数据进行信度与效度检验、描述性统计分析、因子分析,差异性检验等。从“双一流”农林高校的开展情况和开展效果对其现状进行描述,从高校、性别、年级、学科类别对“双一流”农林高校创新创业教育的各维度进行差异性比较,以探究困境。其次,结合半结构式访谈法,得出“双一流”农林高校面临着创新创业政策缺乏有效落实;农业特色凸显不足;师资队伍结构不合理;农业科技成果创业孵化率低和企业参与创新创业教育的程度低的困境,并在三螺旋理论的基础上,从政府导向、高校支撑、企业参与三方面深入探究导致其困境的原因。第三,运用案例分析法,借鉴两所典型农林高校—华南农业大学和河北农业大学的经验,得出依托政策扶持,搭建政校企合作联盟;明确农林特色,打造农业品牌;搭建农业创新创业多元实践平台;发挥企业带动,支撑创业发展;发展政校企协同创新、合作育人的新方式。最后,基于“双一流”农林高校的困境及两所典型农林高校的经验,从政府全过程引导、高校全方位支撑、企业多维度支持三方面得出“双一流”农林高校未来开展创新创业教育的突破路径,具体来看:政府要增强政策实效性、发挥政府保障作用、建立监督—反馈机制;高校提供制度、农林特色理念、课程建设、师资队伍、多元实践平台、农林品牌及评价-奖励体系方面的支撑;企业从提供创业项目转化的推广支持、增强企业家精神、创新校企合作方式上进行平衡协调。希冀通过以上突破路径为“双一流”农林高校、相关农林高校开展创新创业教育提供一定的借鉴。本文的创新之处为基于三螺旋理论,选取“双一流”农林高校为研究对象,将三螺旋理论应用到创新创业教育的领域中,将该理论融合创新到“双一流”农林高校的创新创业教育的困境、原因分析等相关研究中,创新性地提出了该类型高校未来创新创业教育发展的突破路径,拓展了“双一流”农林高校创新创业教育的路径研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation and entrepreneurship education should serve the major strategic needs of the country.On the basis of professional education,it should focus on the cultivation of students’ innovation consciousness,ability and spirit.Higher education has the important function of personnel training and is the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship.In the context of comprehensively promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy,"Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities should cultivate high-quality talents to help rural revitalization.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the main support to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the innovation and entrepreneurship education of "Double First-Class" agricultural and forestry universities.The triple helix theory emphasizes the good interaction among the government,universities and enterprises,and has a certain coupling with innovation and entrepreneurship education.In view of this,this paper takes the "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities as the research object,takes the triple helix theory as the basis,adopts the statistical analysis method and case analysis method,and combines the quantitative analysis method with the qualitative analysis method,so as to deeply study the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities.First of all,take three "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities as examples,use SPSS and other software to test the reliability and validity of the data,descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,difference test and so on.This paper describes the current situation of "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities from their development situation and effect,and compares the differences of each dimension of "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities’ innovation and entrepreneurship education from the college,gender,grade and subject category,so as to find out the existing difficulties.Secondly,combined with the semi-structured interview method,it is concluded that the "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities are facing the difficulties of the lack of effective implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship policies,the lack of agricultural characteristics in innovation and entrepreneurship education,the unreasonable structure of teaching staff,the low conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and the low degree of enterprises’ participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and on the basis of the triple helix theory,this paper explores the reasons for the dilemma from three aspects:government orientation,university support and enterprise participation.Thirdly,by using the case analysis method and drawing lessons from the experience of two typical agricultural and forestry universities,South China Agricultural University and Hebei Agricultural University,we can draw inspiration from the following aspects: relying on policy support,building government university enterprise cooperation alliance;making clear the characteristics of agriculture and forestry,building an agricultural brand;building a diversified dual innovation practice platform for agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship;giving full play to enterprise driving,supporting entrepreneurial development;and developing a new way of government-industry-university research collaborative innovation and cooperative education.Finally,based on the dilemma of "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities and the experience of two typical agricultural and forestry universities,the breakthrough path is obtained from three aspects:The government should enhance the effectiveness of policies,give full play to the role of government security,and establish a supervision feedback mechanism;universities should provide system,agriculture and forestry concept culture,teaching staff,practice platform,agriculture and forestry brand and evaluation reward system;enterprises should provide the promotion support of entrepreneurial project transformation,enhance entrepreneurship,and innovate the school enterprise cooperation mode.We hope to provide some reference for "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities and even other agricultural and forestry universities through the above breakthrough path.The innovation of this paper is based on the three helix theory,the "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities are selected as the research object,and the three helix theory is applied to the field of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The paper integrates the theory with the relevant research of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the "Double First-class" agricultural and forestry universities.This paper innovatively puts forward the breakthrough path of innovation and entrepreneurship education development in this type of universities,and expands the path research of "Double First-class" innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural and forestry
