【摘要】 农业生产托管一定程度上可解决“谁来种地,如何种地”的问题,对保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义,其在发展过程中涌现出村集体主导、新型农业经营组织主导、企业主导等模式,但也面临一些突出的问题。为扩大农业生产托管服务的市场,需要利用数字技术打造第三方互联网信息平台,提供更加智能化的农业生产托管服务。而农机企业具有深厚的资金实力和管理运营经验,在信息化、智能农机设备等方面也有着优势,可以为农业生产托管注入新的活力。同时,农机企业也面临着我国农机市场保有量趋于饱和、产品同质化严重的问题,需要通过服务化转型来弥补产品市场的不足,增强企业的竞争优势。所以结合以上背景,本文具体研究农机企业主导的农业生产托管模式。本文在梳理相关研究文献的基础上,首先,通过对XG农机的案例分析,深度剖析农机企业主导的农业生产托管模式;其次,借助演化博弈分析该模式下相关利益主体的策略选择;最后,为了更好地向外推广,从模式、影响因素、合约方面构建相应的合约安排。根据本研究需要解决的问题,经过相关理论分析与研究,得出如下结论:(1)农机企业主导的农业生产托管模式下主要利益相关主体为农机企业、新型农业经营组织、农户,模式为:农机企业研发生产耕、种、管、收全程机械化相关产品,打造农业生产托管服务平台;新型农业经营组织通过农业生产托管服务平台与农机企业合作,为农户提供托管服务;农户通过农业生产托管服务平台购买托管服务。(2)农机企业的策略选择受到新型农业经营组织选择合作的意愿和农户选择购买托管服务的意愿影响;新型农业经营组织的策略选择受到向农户提供托管服务中获得直接收益的大小、提高农户满意度获得间接收益的大小、选择策略时产生的成本和潜在损失的影响;农户的策略选择受到购买农业生产托管相关服务后产生效用大小的、购买托管服务花费成本的大小、不接受该模式产生潜在损失的影响。(3)农机企业主导的农业生产托管模式下需要各相关利益主体合作、协商、协作,才能够实现共赢。在决策权配置方面,各方应坚持目标一致、资源共享的方向,建立合理协调机制;在收益分配方面应建立合理的分配制度,给予各方权利和利益;在风险分担方面应建立相应机制,各方应根据实际情况分担风险,同时,建立明确的能够减少各方之间风险的合约机制,确保该合作模式的顺利运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural production trust can solve the problem of "who will farm the land and how to farm the land" to a certain extent,which is of great significance to ensure national food security.In the process of its development,there have emerged village collective leading,new agricultural management organization-led,enterprise-led and other models,but it also faces some outstanding problems.In order to expand the market of agricultural production custody service,it is necessary to use digital technology to build a third-party Internet information platform and provide more intelligent agricultural production custody service.Agricultural machinery enterprises have profound financial strength and management and operation experience,and also have advantages in information and intelligent agricultural machinery equipment,which can inject new vitality into agricultural production trusteeship.At the same time,agricultural machinery enterprises are also faced with the problem that the total quantity of agricultural machinery market tends to be saturated and the product is seriously homogenized.Therefore,it is necessary to make up for the shortage of product market and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises through service-oriented transformation.So combined with the above background,this paper specifically studies the agricultural production trusteeship mode dominated by agricultural machinery enterprises.In this paper,based on the review of relevant research literature,firstly,through the case analysis of XG agricultural machinery,in-depth analysis of agricultural production hosting mode dominated by agricultural machinery enterprises;Secondly,the strategy choice of relevant stakeholders is analyzed with the help of evolutionary game.Finally,in order to promote it to the outside world,the corresponding contract arrangement is constructed from the aspects of model,influencing factors and contract.According to the problems to be solved in this study and through relevant theoretical analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Under the agricultural production trusteeship mode dominated by agricultural machinery enterprises,the main stakeholders are agricultural machinery enterprises,new agricultural operation organizations and farmers.The modes are as follows: agricultural machinery enterprises develop and produce related products of the whole process of farming,planting,managing and harvesting mechanization,and build an agricultural production trusteeship service platform;Through the agricultural production trusteeship service platform,the new agricultural management organization cooperates with agricultural machinery enterprises to provide trusteeship service for farmers.Farmers purchase custodial services through the agricultural production custodial service platform.(2)The strategic choice of agricultural machinery enterprises is affected by the willingness of new agricultural management organizations to choose cooperation and farmers’ willingness to purchase custody services;The strategy selection of the new agricultural management organization is affected by the size of direct benefits from providing trusteeship services to farmers,the size of indirect benefits from improving farmers’ satisfaction,the cost and potential losses incurred in the selection of strategies.The strategy choice of farmers is affected by the utility after purchasing the related services of agricultural production trusteeship,the cost of purchasing the trusteeship services,and the potential loss caused by not accepting the mode.(3)Under the trusteeship mode of agricultural production led by agricultural machinery enterprises,cooperation,consultation and collaboration of all relevant stakeholders are needed to achieve a win-win situation.In terms of allocation of decision-making power,all parties should adhere to the direction of sharing the same goals and resources,and establish a reasonable coordination mechanism.In terms of income distribution,a reasonable distribution system should be established to give rights and benefits to all parties.In terms of risk sharing,relevant mechanisms should be established.All parties should share risks according to the actual situation.At the same time,clear contractual mechanisms should be established to reduce risks among the parties,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the cooperation mode.更多还原
