待业大学生焦虑情绪缓解的个案工作实务研究

【摘要】 在最近三年多的时间中,待业大学生不仅要面对更严峻的就业竞争和挑战,还要面对疫情的反复性及周期性干扰,这使得他们更容易产生各种心理问题,导致不良的心理情绪如焦虑情绪的出现,解决这些心理问题迫切需要相关专业的介入。本研究的主题是待业大学生的焦虑情绪缓解问题。研究者首先对B社区待业大学生的焦虑情绪的总体状况进行了调查,发现待业大学生由于长时间待业,缺乏一定的社会交往和家人的支持与理解,出现社会支持网络缺乏、家庭沟通不畅、情绪低落、自信心不足等现状,焦虑情绪具体表现在生活状况、学习求职、情绪特征、社会交往方面。在对总体状况调查的基础上,工作者选择了本次研究的个案服务对象,运用访谈法、量表法和观察法为资料搜集方法,对案主的基本情况进行了搜集整理;在此基础上运用个案工作方法,以认知行为理论和社会支持理论为指导,根据案主的问题及需求,共开展了五个阶段九次有针对性的个案活动,帮助案主转变认知,构建社会支持网络,重拾自信心,缓解案主焦虑情绪,提升案主对焦虑情绪的应对能力。实务工作结束时,工作者采用焦虑自评量表对个案工作的实务过程进行了过程评估和结果评估,对案主的焦虑情况进行了前后测对比,发现案主的焦虑情况得到明显的好转。研究结果表明,个案工作在缓解待业大学生的焦虑情绪方面具有一定的作用和效果,表现为案主的自信心提升、社会交往能力提升、焦虑情绪缓解、社会支持网络重构等方面。最后对整个研究进行反思后发现,社会环境对待业大学生的影响比较大,社会缺乏对待业大学生群体的关注,很多人对他们有一定的误解,这些都对待业大学生群体焦虑情绪的形成产生了重要影响。建议社会和家庭多关注和关怀待业大学生群体,多理解和支持他们,提高待业大学生自我心理调适,转变择业观念,减少就业压力,消除他们的焦虑情绪。
【Abstract】 In the recent three years,unemployed college students not only have to face more severe employment competition and challenges,but also face the repeated and periodic interference of the epidemic,which makes them more prone to a variety of psychological problems,resulting in adverse psychological emotions such as anxiety,to solve these psychological problems urgently need the intervention of relevant professional.The topic of this study is to relieve anxiety of unemployed college students.The researchers first investigated the general anxiety of unemployed college students in B community.It is found that unemployed college students lack certain social contacts and family support and understanding due to their long time unemployed.There is a lack of social support network,poor family communication,low mood and low self-confidence.Anxiety is manifested in living conditions,learning and job hunting,emotional characteristics,social interaction.On the basis of observing the general situation,the workers choose the service object of this study.Interview,scale and observation methods were used to collect data,and the basic information of the case was collected and sorted out.On this basis,using case work method,guided by cognitive behavioral theory and social support theory,nine targeted case activities were carried out in five stages according to the problems and needs of the clients.Help clients to change their cognition,build a social support network,regain self-confidence,relieve their anxiety and improve their coping ability with anxiety.At the end of the practical work,the worker used the anxiety self-rating scale to evaluate the process and result of the practical process of the case work,and compared the anxiety situation of the client before and after measurement,it was found that the anxiety situation of the client had been significantly improved.The results show that case work plays a certain role and effect in relieving the anxiety of unemployed college students,which is manifested in the improvement of the client’s self-confidence,the improvement of social communication ability,the relief of anxiety,and the reconstruction of social support network.Finally,after reflecting on the whole study,the workers found that the society had not paid much attention to the unemployed college students.Many people have certain misunderstandings about unemployed college students.Social environment has a great influence on unemployed college students.All these aspects have an important impact on the formation of the anxiety of unemployed college students.It is suggested that the society and families should pay more attention to and care for unemployed college students,understand and support them.Unemployed college students need to improve self-psychological adjustment,reduce employment pressure,eliminate their anxiety.
