考虑BOM约束的多级产线并行调度问题研究

【摘要】 智能制造是我国21世纪制造业升级转型、转向高质量发展的强力手段,然而目前国内许多中小型企业在进行数字化转型的过程中,依旧存在诸多问题。在车间生产计划方面,大多数中小型企业仍通过计划员手动给出生产计划,造成计划员工作量大、订单完成率低等问题。本文以S企业新建厂区为研究对象,结合S企业的车间生产特性,开发智能调度算法以快速灵活的制定调度方案。具体内容如下:(1)首先对S企业目前的车间生产调度现状及运行流程进行调研分析,明确S企业智能化生产的调度方面需求;对从S企业ERP中导出的销售订单、BOM结构信息、产线产能等数据进行详细分析;基于以上特征分析和数据分析,构建S企业车间调度数学模型,并进一步探讨最优解结构的性质,总结四条最优解性质。(2)针对该调度问题,在考虑BOM结构和并行产线的约束条件下,设计三种启发式算法。结合EDD(Earliest Due Data)和SCT(Shortest Completion Time)两类基础启发式规则,设计启发式算法EDDSCT;基于倒序调度的排程思想,设计启发式算法Reverse;根据总结的最优解性质,设计考虑产线平衡率和最快父级物料释放的启发式算法FPMRLBL。经过算例分析对比,算法FPMRLBL的求解效果最好,与最优解的平均Gap值为9.56%。(3)以Visual Studio 2019为开发平台,调用SQL Server 2014构建数据库,设计调度原型系统以便于信息查询和可视化操作,并对系统各模块功能进行介绍,通过系统调用算法计算S企业新建厂区7月份订单产能,从27天提前至23天,验证了本文所提方法的有效性。综上所述,本文结合S企业新建厂区生产特性进行调度研究,设计三种启发式算法,所得方案较原方案有明显的改进,对此类考虑BOM结构和并行产线的调度问题的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。

【Abstract】 Intelligent manufacturing is a powerful means of manufacturing industry upgrading transformation and shifting to high quality development in our country in the21 st century.However,there are still many problems in the process of carrying out digital transformation in many small and medium-sized enterprises in China.In terms of workshop production planning,most small and medium-sized enterprises still give production plans manually by planners,resulting in heavy workload of planners and low order completion rate.This thesis takes the newly built factory area of S enterprise as the research object,combines with the workshop production characteristics of S enterprise,develops intelligent scheduling algorithm to develop scheduling schemes quickly and flexibly.The details are as follows:(1)Firstly,the current workshop production scheduling status and operation process of the company were investigated and analyzed,and the scheduling requirements of intelligent production of S enterprise were defined;The sales order,BOM structure information,production line capacity and other data derived from ERP of S enterprise are analyzed in detail.Based on the above feature analysis and data analysis,the mathematical model of shop scheduling in S enterprise is constructed,and the properties of the optimal solution structure are discussed,and the four properties of the optimal solution are summarized.(2)For this scheduling problem,three heuristic algorithms are designed under the constraint conditions of BOM structure and parallel production line.The Earliest Due Data(EDD)and Shortest Completion Time(SCT)heuristic rules were combined to design the EDDSCT algorithm.Based on the scheduling idea of Reverse scheduling,the heuristic algorithm Reverse is designed.Based on the optimal solution properties,a heuristic algorithm FPMRLBL is designed to consider the balance rate of production line and the fastest parent material release.After analysis and comparison of examples,the algorithm FPMRLBL has the best solving effect,and the average Gap value between the algorithm and the optimal solution is 9.56%.(3)With Visual Studio 2019 as the development platform,SQL Server 2014 was invoked to build the database,the scheduling prototype system was designed to facilitate information query and visual operation,and the functions of each module of the system were introduced,and the production capacity of July orders of the newly built factory of S enterprise was calculated through the system call algorithm.Advance from 27 days to 23 days,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.To sum up,this thesis combined with the production characteristics of the newly built factory of S enterprise to conduct scheduling research,design three heuristic algorithms,the resulting scheme is significantly improved compared with the original scheme,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the research of this kind of BOM structure combined production line scheduling problem.
