【摘要】 2021年在党、国家以及人民的共同努力下,脱贫攻坚战取得了全面胜利,农村居民的物质水平与之前相比有了很大的提高。党的十九大提出全面部署乡村振兴战略,标志着乡村振兴工作开始从国家层面开始推进,之后党中央及国家领导人在二十大的时候再次强调全面推进乡村振兴战略,彰显出了党和国家对农村发展工作的支持与重视。现在农村发展迈向了一个新的阶段,当前阶段面临的问题是,在满足广大乡村居民的物质生存基础的前提下,如何实现村民宅院的现代化发展。本文以山西省朔州市的烟墩村为研究对象进行研究。自然资源方面因烟墩村自身村落的地理位置属于晋北地区的中部,自身水文条件和气候条件以及地形地貌特征在整个晋北地区具有典型性;人文资源方面烟墩村是一个以移民文化为主的历史村落,在历史上承担着重要的作用,与其他晋北村落相比人文资源较为浓厚。因此选择烟墩村为研究对象具有科学性、代表性。围绕乡村宅院的地域性特点和改造原则对烟墩村居民宅院进行改造。这种改造模式也可以为整个晋北地区其他村落的发展提供样板。并且可以为晋北其他地区的基层政府组织在施政过程中提供辅助、参考作用。本文通过查找国内外的理论研究以及相关案例,学习相关研究和案例的地域性改造经验。提取出其中的核心理念——依据当地地域要素进行建设。而后整理烟墩村的基础资料,分析村落的各种经济技术指标和各种现状条件,提取烟墩村的特色习俗以及当地村落的地域要素,总结出烟墩村宅院的地域现状问题以及地域特点。根据这些地域现状及地域特点,提出以人为本、渐进式引导、环境贴切的地域性改造原则,总结上述理论研究成果。最后对乡村宅院的地域性发展探索的成果进行设计实践。选取三个代表性的乡村宅院依据以上研究成果来进行适老化村落宅院、复合功能型村落宅院、密集型村落宅院三大类型村落宅院进行专项改造。通过现代绿色环保节能技术、景观设计手法、建筑设计手法来使烟墩的宅院实现地域性、科学性、先进性的高度统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2021,with the joint efforts of the Party,the state and the people,the battle against poverty has been comprehensively won,and the material level of rural residents has been greatly improved compared with before.The CPC’s 19 th National Congress put forward the comprehensive deployment of the rural revitalization strategy and emphasized it again at the 20 th National Congress,demonstrating the support and importance the Party and the state attach to rural development.Now the rural development has entered a new stage,the current stage is faced with the problem of how to achieve the high quality development of villagers’ life under the premise of satisfying the material survival basis of the vast number of rural residents.This paper takes Yandun Village in Shuozhou City,Shanxi Province as the research object.Because of the geographical location of Yandun Village itself belongs to the central part of northern Shanxi,its hydrological conditions,climatic conditions and topographical features are typical in the whole northern Shanxi region.Compared with other villages in northern Shanxi,the cultural resources are relatively strong.As a historical village dominated by immigrant culture,it plays an important role in history.So around the regional characteristics of rural houses and the reconstruction principle of Yandun village residents house renovation.This transformation model can also provide a model for the development of other villages in northern Shanxi.And it can provide auxiliary and reference function for the grass-roots government organizations in other areas of northern Shanxi in the process of administrationBy looking for domestic and foreign theoretical research and relevant cases,this paper studies the regional transformation experience of relevant research and cases.The core idea is extracted--construction is carried out according to local regional elements.According to these regional status and regional characteristics,put forward people-oriented,progressive guidance,appropriate environment regional transformation principles,summed up the theoretical research results.Finally,the results of regional development exploration of rural house design practice.Three representative samples were selected based on the above research results to carry out special renovation of three types of village houses suitable for aging,compound functional village houses and intensive village houses.Through modern green environmental protection and energy saving technology,landscape design techniques,architectural design techniques to achieve a high degree of unity of science,advanced nature,human nature of smoke Dun house.更多还原
