【摘要】 奋斗精神是中华民族在生存发展过程中不断构建并沉淀下来的优秀精神文明成果,是主体不畏艰险认识世界和改造世界的力量源泉。在党的二十大上,习近平总书记指出“未来五年是全面建设社会主义现代化国家开局起步的关键时期。”生逢盛世当不负盛世,生逢其时当奋斗其时。高校大学生作为实现历史使命的生力军,理应抓住新的历史机遇,脚踏实地、踔厉奋发,在第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程上绽放青春力量。但不可否认的是,仍然有一些大学生出现奋斗精神不足的现象,在一定程度上制约了个人与国家的发展。基于历史与现实的考量,急需对大学生进行奋斗精神培育,促使大学生个体担当起民族复兴的历史使命。由此,培育大学生的奋斗精神成为新时代高校思想政治教育的重要课题。本研究通过探讨新时代大学生奋斗精神培育的内涵,对其价值意义进行解读,并且明确地提出了培育任务、目标、重点以及具体内容。通过问卷调查,廓清大学生奋斗精神的总体样貌,总结了其问题出现的原因,以此为基础,有针对性地提出了培育路径,促使大学生将奋斗精神根植于心,落实于行。第一部分,对“新时代奋斗精神培育的相关理论问题”进行探索。奋斗精神作为一种精神维度的追求,具有群体差异性。本文从追求、学习、坚韧、创新四个维度,阐清新时代大学生这一特殊群体的奋斗精神。而培育大学生奋斗精神就是要缩小社会期待的奋斗姿态与大学生的现实状态之间的差距,对于立德树人根本任务的实现、人的本质的彰显以及良好社会风气的营造三方面都具有重要的价值意蕴。第二部分,指出新时代大学生奋斗精神培育的逻辑基点,指明新时代大学生奋斗精神培育工作的前进方向。奋斗精神作为高校思想政治教育的一项重要任务,培育的根本目的是使大学生成为堪当民族复兴之重任的时代新人。具体要求是要使大学生成为敢于奋斗、善于奋斗、勤于奋斗的新时代奋斗者。同时,必须抓牢培育重点,从个人与社会、目标与过程以及实干与可持续性发展的统一入手,使学生养成科学的奋斗精神。将理想信念教育、劳动教育以及挫折教育作为培育的具体内容,有序推进培育工作。第三部分,在现实中考察新时代大学生奋斗精神培育的一般样态。本研究通过设置调查问卷,了解到新时代大学生整体具有良好的奋斗精神样貌。但在一些学生身上仍可看到不能科学认识奋斗精神、尚未形成自觉奋斗的意识以及奋斗行为倾向自身的现象。究其原因,主要是理论认知模糊、有效引导不足以及社会环境中的负面影响阻碍了大学生科学奋斗精神的形成。这为明确大学生奋斗精神的培育路径奠定了基础。第四部分,关切“新时代如何培育大学生的奋斗精神”是本文的价值旨归。本研究依据问卷中学生奋斗精神出现的不足,从奋斗理论认知、形式优化、现实实践三个方面入手帮助学生养成知行合一的奋斗精神。首先要以阐清误区、明确价值与弘扬主流文化为抓手,树立学生的正确认识;其次要拓展奋斗精神培育的形式,采取创新话语、创作文化作品、榜样教育、利用网络空间等符合学生发展特点的形式;最终落脚于现实生活,满足学生物质诉求与心理需求,在多样化的实践平台中养成奋斗自觉,帮助学生走出现实困境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The spirit of struggle is an outstanding achievement of spiritual civilization that has been continuously constructed and deposited in the course of survival and development of the Chinese nation,it is the spiritual driving force for the main body to understand and transform the world despite difficulties and dangers.When born in good times,when born in good times when struggle.College students,as the new force to realize the historical opportunity of the new era.We should work hard and make our own contribution to the realization of the second Centenary Goal.But some college students still show a negative spirit of struggle,which limits the growth and success of individuals and affects the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese people.Therefore,cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students under the background of new era has become an important subject of ideological and political education.This study explores the connotation of cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era,interprets its value significance,and clearly puts forward the cultivation task,goal,focus and specific content.Through the questionnaire survey,make clear the overall appearance of the spirit of struggle of college students,summed up the causes of its problems,on this basis,put forward a targeted cultivation path,to encourage college students to root in the spirit of struggle in the heart,the implementation of the line.The first part explores the relevant theoretical issue of cultivating the spirit of struggle in the new era.As a pursuit of spiritual dimension,the spirit of struggle has group differences.From the four dimensions of pursuit,learning,tenacity and innovation,this paper expounds the struggling spirit of the special group of college students in the new era.To cultivate the spirit of struggle of college students is narrow the gap between the attitude of struggle expected by society and the reality of college students.It is of great value to the realization of the fundamental task of moral cultivation,the realization of human nature,and the creation of a good social atmosphere.The second part points out the logical basis of cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era and points out the direction of the work of cultivating the spirit of struggle.As an important subject of ideological and political education,the fundamental goal of cultivation is to make college students become the new generation worthy of the great task of national rejuvenation.The specific requirement is to make college students become the fighters of the new era who dare to struggle,are good at fighting and are diligent in fighting.At the same time,we must grasp the key points of cultivation,start with the unity of individual and society,goals and processes,and practical work and sustainable development,so that students can develop a scientific spirit of struggle.Take ideal and belief education,labor education and frustration education as the specific content of cultivation,and promote the cultivation work in an orderly manner.The third part,by investigating the general pattern of cultivation of spirit of struggle college students in the new era in reality,we know that the students in the new era have a good spirit of struggle.But some students still have unclear goals of struggle,have not yet formed the consciousness of self-conscious struggle,and have a tendency to struggle personally.The main reason is that the formation of scientific struggle spirit of college students is hindered by the vague theoretical cognition,insufficient effective guidance and the negative influence in the social environment.This laid the foundation for the cultivation of college students’ spirit of struggle.The fourth part is concerned about "how to cultivate the struggling spirit of college students in the new era".Based on the deficiency of students’ struggle spirit in the questionnaire,this study helps students to develop the spirit of struggle from three aspects: cognition of struggle theory,form optimization and practical practice.One is to set up students’ correct understanding on the premise of correct theoretical cognition.Second,form optimization is the key,adopt innovative discourse,create cultural works,education by example,the use of cyberspace and other forms in line with the characteristics of students’ development,to get out of the dilemma of cultivating the spirit of struggle.Third,we should settle down in real life,meet students’ material demands and physiological needs,and cultivate consciousness of struggle in diversified practice platforms.更多还原
