【摘要】 当今世界出现了百年未有之大变局,全球治理面临的困境与挑战,其原因无外乎传统的全球治理理念呈现出先天不足、全球安全治理面临的诸多问题、全球经济治理体系在困难中挣扎以及全球生态治理处于曲折发展中,而这预示着全球治理体系亟须一个更加公平公正、科学合理的新理念和新方案。以习近平同志为核心的党中央,审时度势,着眼于大局,提出了构建人类命运共同体。习近平人类命运共同体思想来源于马克思真正共同体思想的深刻内涵,取自于中华优秀的传统文化,根植于历届中国共产党领导人的共同体理念。习近平人类命运共同体思想拥有着丰富的现实基础,即对国际形势的判断,从而把握世界发展的历史主动性;对国内发展成就的总结,从而增强发展中国家的影响力。习近平人类命运共同体思想经历了萌芽、形成、发展和成熟四个阶段,从最初的实现海峡两岸的“命运共同体”到最终的全面推进构建人类命运共同体。习近平人类命运共同体思想一经提出,对世界产生了巨大的价值和独特的贡献,在实践过程中也面临着现实障碍,因此,需要通过构建更加公平合理的全球治理体系,通过文明交流互鉴,以及向国际社会广泛宣传习近平人类命运共同体思想等现实路径,打破现实障碍,实现构建人类命运共同体的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s world,there have been unprecedented changes in a century.The dilemma and challenges faced by global governance are nothing more than the traditional concept of global governance that presents congenital shortcomings,many problems faced by global security governance,the struggle of the global economic governance system in difficulties,and the tortuous development of global ecological governance,which indicates that the global governance system urgently needs a fairer,just,scientific and reasonable new concept and solution.the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,reviewed the situation,focused on the overall situation,and proposed to build a community with a shared future for mankind.Xi Jinping’s thought of a community with a shared future for mankind originated from the profound connotation of Marx’s true community thought,taken from the excellent traditional culture of China,and rooted in the concept of community during the ruling periods of the Communist Party of China.Xi Jinping’s thought of a community with a shared future for mankind has a rich practical foundation.It not only judges the international situation,so as to grasps the historical initiative of world development,but also summarizes domestic development achievements,so as to enhance the influence of developing countries.Xi Jinping’s thought of a community with a shared future for mankind has gone through four stages: germination,formation,development and maturity,from the initial realization of the "community of destiny" on both sides of the Straits to the ultimate comprehensive promotion of the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.Once put forward,Xi Jinping’s thought of a community with a shared future for mankind has produced great value and unique contributions to the world,and also faced practical obstacles in the process of practice.Therefore,it is necessary to break down realistic obstacles and achieve the goal of building a community with a shared future for mankind by building a fairer and reasonable global governance system,exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations,and widely publicizing Xi Jinping’s thought of a community with a shared future for mankind to the international community.更多还原
