【摘要】 近年来,在考研人数与高校硕士研究生招生规模逐年扩大的背景下,硕士研究生培养质量引起社会担忧,尤其是近年来关于高校学位论文学术不端的事件频发,更是引发了社会对于高校硕士学位论文与学位授予质量的怀疑。为此,教育部从2014年起加大了对于全国各高校的博士、硕士学位论文的抽检工作力度,各省级学位委员会也根据《博士硕士学位论文抽检办法》制定了本省的硕士论文抽检制度,并且,从2010年左右起各高校也相应制定了内部的硕士学位论文抽检制度,这有利于高校加强对学位论文的质量监督与评估。但是,由于在论文抽检制度执行中容易存在形式单一、执行局限性、结果信度与效度不稳定等原因,目前高校内部硕士学位论文抽检制度仍有许多亟待完善之处,为此,优化高校内部的硕士学位论文抽检制度,是贯彻落实国家学位论文抽检制度,提高研究生培养质量的重要措施。由于受我国关于学位论文抽检的制度建设进程缓慢、高等教育资源分布不均、研究生导学关系需进一步理顺等因素的影响,我国高校内部的硕士学位论文的抽检制度优化面临极大挑战。为此,本研究采用了文献研究法、案例分析法等研究方法探索解决高校内部的硕士学位论文的抽检制度优化问题。首先,本研究在理论基础上参考了全面质量管理理论中的PDCA模型进行分析,进而简要论述了我国学位论文抽检制度的内涵与建设成效;其次,通过对于H大学的高校内部硕士学位论文抽检制度的案例分析,并根据贝叶斯定理的推导,探讨关于匿名外审中的“误关率”与“错放率”之间的关系,从而总结分析出高校内部硕士学位论文抽检制度的存在问题与原因;最后,对高校内部硕士学位论文抽检制度提出优化建议。最后,以本研究为依据,针对高校内部硕士学位论文抽检制度中存在的形式单一、抽检制度执行存在局限性等问题,提出了五点对策:第一,要转化抽检认识,优化抽检形式;第二,围绕学科制定特色评议标准;第三,保护主体权益,做到不同问题不同处罚;第四,提高结果运用透明度与效率,实现不同主体的多种质量提升;第五,以“质量”为核心突出学位论文质量管理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,under the background of the number of postgraduate entrance examination and the expansion of the enrollment scale of postgraduate students year by year,the quality of postgraduate training has aroused social concerns,especially the frequent occurrence of academic misconduct in academic dissertations in colleges and universities in recent years,which has aroused social doubts about the quality of postgraduate dissertations and degree awarding in colleges and universities.To this end,the Ministry of Education since 2014,enlarged the Dr For universities and colleges in the country,a master’s degree thesis checking work dynamics,provincial academic degrees committee also according to the "Dr.Master’s degree thesis sampling method" made the master thesis of provincial sampling system,and,since about 2010 universities also formulated the corresponding internal checking system of master degree theses,This is conducive to strengthening the quality supervision and evaluation of academic dissertations.But,as a result of the paper perform sampling system is easy to form a single,executive limitation,results in reliability and validity is not stable,the current university master degree theses of master of internal checking system there are still many needs to be perfect,therefore,optimizing the internal checking system,master degree theses of master of thesis is to carry out national sampling system,Important measures to improve the quality of postgraduate training.Due to the slow progress of the system construction,the uneven distribution of higher education resources,and the need to further straighten out the guiding relationship of graduate students,the optimization of the system of the selective examination of master’s degree dissertations in colleges and universities in China faces great challenges.Therefore,this study adopts literature research method,case analysis method and other research methods to explore and solve the optimization problem of the selective inspection system of master’s dissertation in colleges and universities.First of all,on the theoretical basis,this study refers to the PDCA model of total quality management theory for analysis,and then briefly discusses the connotation and construction effect of China’s dissertation sampling inspection system;Secondly,through the case analysis of H University’s internal master’s dissertation sampling system,and according to the derivation of Bayes’ theorem,the relationship between the "error rate" and "error rate" in the anonymous external audit is discussed,so as to summarize and analyze the existing problems and reasons of the internal master’s dissertation sampling system in the university.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the selective examination system of master’s dissertation.Finally,on the basis of this study,five countermeasures are proposed to solve the problems such as the single form and the limitation of the implementation of the selective examination system in colleges and universities.First,we should transform the understanding of the selective examination and optimize the form of the selective examination.Secondly,the characteristic evaluation criteria should be established around the subject.Third,protect the rights and interests of the main body,do different problems different punishment;Fourth,improve the transparency and efficiency of the application of results to achieve a variety of quality improvement of different subjects;Fifth,highlight the quality management process of dissertation with "quality" as the core.更多还原
