【摘要】 目前学界对各地传统民居的研究,从内容来讲已经十分全面,包括聚落形态、空间组织、建筑文化、营造工艺、装饰纹样、生态性的分析等等,但是各个面向的研究都是独立的,缺乏对它们彼此间内在联系的讨论,分析建筑风格及装饰艺术时,往往只联系地方的历史风俗,而不谈客观的技术性因素,探究建筑材料、结构技术时,只关注理性逻辑,忽视形态背后的人文因素,总得来说,民居的研究尚处于一种割裂的、各自为政的状态,缺乏一些综合性的、细微深入的交叉分析,本文志在打破对山西民居老生常谈的浅显印象,通过建构理论的植入,以建筑的物质构成为载体,剖析建筑整体及细部形态的塑造方式,揭示以技术理性为核心,连带自然气候、历史人文、地域风俗,社会制度等诸多因素之于建筑形式的影响,以期跨越建筑技术与艺术长期分裂的鸿沟。全文分为三个部分,第一部分为基础研究,首先,在对传统建构学进行批判继承的基础上,明确本文建构的基本原则、核心问题、主体内容及评价机制,形成对建构的全面认知;其次,凭借中国传统营造与西方建构理论的天然联系,依据传统建筑的自身特点,制定建构研究路线;最后,对晋南传统民居进行简单概述,承上启下,引出晋南传统民居的两大体系瓦房、窑洞及窑房同构。第二部分为主体内容,分别对晋南民居的两大体系展开建构研究,依据上述建构研究路线以及各自的建筑特征,搭建出系统的民居研究框架,将物质理性与形式表现紧紧关联,完成从宏观到微观的层层剖析,并将其与山西其他地区的传统民居做对比分析,以期达到对晋南民居更深层次的认识。第三部分为总结应用,归纳出晋南传统民居的总体建构特征,并从中提炼出对目前仍然适用的建构策略,融入到新民居的现代建构中去,最后,笔者通过一些细部设计完成对策略的回应。论文对于建构体系的研究虽然落脚于民居建筑,但在实践创作中,任何建筑类型都应该融入本体建构的设计思维,它也是衡量建筑是否落到实处的一把标尺。对于传统民居来说,今天依然有其生命力,一方面,新民居遇到的缺陷可寻求传统的回归,另一方面,传统与现代的混合结构完全能满足民居对空间尺度的需求,通过借助当代材料与技术,在传统缺陷处予以对症下药,在问题导向模式下,传统的创新有了坚实的基础。而通过一些扎根乡土的建筑师的实践案例,也为晋南新民居基于传统模式、进行现代化的技术改良提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ancient Chinese literati were active in the historical stage because of their noble temperament and character which live in the slit but not imbrued.However,due to the resriction of the feudal system,literati were doomed to be unable to obtain personal independence and spiritual freedom in the political officialdom.Therefore,since the emergence of reclusive thought,a large number of literati chose to live in seclusion.With the enrichment of the thought of recluse,the literati’s recluse activity has shifted from the mountain to the secluded nest in the city.The close relationship between the literati and the garden has been studied by many scholars,including the influence of the hermit thought on the literati garden.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research status of traditional residential houses and constructivism,as well as the framework and characteristics of this study.The second chapter is the basic research part.Based on the critical inheritance of traditional constructivism,the basic criteria,core issues and research contents of this paper are clarified,the evaluation mechanism of architectural construction is set up,and the research route of construction is formulated according to the characteristics of traditional residential houses in the south of Shanxi Province.Chapter three and Chapter four focus on the two systems of dwellings in southern Shanxi: Brick and tile roofs with caves and the form of isomorphism,induces the material-structure-details-the construction of four small system type,and compared with traditional local-style dwelling houses in other parts of the shanxi do research,the fifth chapter is summary of practice part,summing up the overall construction of the traditional residence be characteristics,to extract from the currently still apply construction strategy,integrated into the modern construction of new homes,Finally,the author completes the theoretical practice through some detailed design.更多还原
